Many players will go out leaving holes in the field!

But I am convinced that working well, helping me with the database, we can have a serious chance of qualifying for the U21 World! and this is my objective!

I think you did a good job regarding scouting and training a team, but in value terms last year Latvija U21 was located in first 13. The results ranked the 30th place team. Is it enough?
I think it is posible MORE. And MORE do not mean to do some tactics more or less better. MORE can means to implement a management system to follow several fundamental concepts:
1) establishing a solid and serious staff to be concerned with: scouiting, training, management of tactical training for all matches, etc..
2) tactical decisions on the principle of planning, preparation, review, approval;
3) design corrective and preventive actions, etc.

I think together with the Latvija sokker users (who want to engage on a new project) can build a bright future. Together we can build a website for the national representative to bring "homage" to users who are actively involved in national team: players increase, personnel, etc..
Thus, I suggest everyone to think and to propose solutions for a better future. My name Cruceanu and this is my creed: together we can do more.

Es domāju, ka jūs labu darbu par izpētes un apmācības komandu, taču vērtības izteiksmē pērn Latvija U21 atradās 13 pirmās. Rezultāti ieņēma 30 vietu komandu. Vai tas ir pietiekami?
Es domāju, ka tas ir posible VAIRĀK. Un vairāk nedomāju darīt dažas taktikas vairāk vai mazāk labāk. Vēl var nozīmē ieviest vadības sistēmu, lai sekotu vairākus pamatjēdzienus:
1) izveidot stabilu un nopietnu personālu, kas nodarbosies ar: scouiting, apmācība, pārvaldība taktiskās mācības visās spēlēs utt.
2) taktiskie lēmumi par principu plānošanas, sagatavošanas, pārskatīšanas un apstiprināšanas;
3) izstrādāt koriģējošus un profilaktiskus pasākumus, utt

Es domāju, ka kopā ar Latvija sokker lietotājiem (kuri vēlas nodarboties ar jaunu projektu) var veidot gaišu nākotni. Kopā mēs varam veidot mājas lapu pārstāvim ir jāsniedz "sumināšana" lietotājiem, kas aktīvi iesaistītas nacionālajā izlasē: Spēlētāji palielināt, personāls utt.
Tātad, es ieteiktu ikvienam padomāt un ierosināt risinājumus labākai nākotnei. Mans vārds Cruceanu un šis ir mans kredo: kopā mēs varam paveikt vairāk .
