Subject: election under 21 - program Behmen

Hello, I'm Behmen and i play Sokker since 2010 but i've registred again in 2012. I spend here a lot of time, making tactics. Sokker became an important part of my life :P.
Last season, i was also the coach of U21 Prathet Thai, i've obtained a very good results and i've increased the ranking's P.Thai of 7 positions. Also, i'm Scout DEF and MID of NT Belgium.

I want to challenge myself with a strong national as your U21, one of the best in the world.
My first target will be to bring the team to the U21 World Cup qualifying, increasing the level of young players and keeping us at the top of the world rankings. There will be games to snub, but rather experiments during the friendly long way.


About my tactics...
I like the new M.E. , i usually play with 4-3-1-2 / 4-3-3 .. But i could play with 5-2-1-2 or 5-3-2.
At the moment I won't use the winger because with this ME headers are useless, so if I need to use it, I'll make him pass the ball on the striker foots, so he has more chances to score.


The staff will consist of young guys who really want to get involved, help and learn with passion and perseverance.

BluRay has been an assistent coach of Prathet Thai, he has helped Belarus(u21) and Italy(u21) Staff. He is also Scout Def of NT Italy.
Redex is a Scout Att and Gk of NT Belgium and a Scout Def of Prathet Thai u21.


I would be really honored to lead a national of this value.
