Subject: [U21] BluRay

Hello friends, i'm BluRay one of the Italian's Tutor and the current Israelian coach NT. I spend here a lot of time. (Sokker became an important part of my life. :-) )

I'm 24y old, i'm a computer technician and I live in Ventimiglia (Italy - Liguria) but i was born in Calabria (South Italy).

My friend Khatibi MC told to me that you are a great community, so, i would like to be a CT of Latvija U21

My experience within the National Staff has started several seasons ago.
As you can see I've been in the Staff as Scout of Italy NT and Italy u21 for a lot of seasons. I've been in the Staff of Belarus U21, Scout of Canada U21 and also i've been of Assistant Coach and Head Scout of Prathet Thai U21, Malaysia u21 and Israel u21.

With Israel u21 i reached the Qualification of the World Cup after 4 years (Israel u21 didn't play the world cup since 2011-08-06!).

In the last 2 seasons I was the Senior Coach of Israel. With Israel NT i reached a 2nd place in WCQ Group I and a 3rd place during the WC Group D against Polska, Italy and Uruguay.
During this season, i've increased the ranking of the Israel NT from the 35th to the 27th current .



I'd like to become your new Coach, to reach the qualification to WC as first, and than trying to do a similar job that my friend Khatibi MC has done!

If you get elected(which most probably will happen), what would be your priority for next season(as we didn't qualify for U21 WC, we will have only friendlies) - getting as high as possible in U21 ranking for easier group or development(through extra training) of younger players?

Hi xineon.. I want to increase as high as possible the ranking of Latvjia U21 (it's important for the group of WCQ), so, i'm going to organize the fixture schedule with teams that are between 45th and 25th in ranking position. It's important, also, to play with u20y/19y because i want to arrive during the WCQ and WC (i hope!!!) with a good team. I will not play with 11/11 of 21y, but the formation will be composed: min 5/max 6 20y, min 2/max 3 19y, min 2/max 3 21y.
