It has been essential for the last win, because the other striker, Cabulis, got an injury of 8 days, this means that remained on the match with the highest amount of injury, wasting many offensive plays.
Let's hope that he will mantain long time this scoring rate :)

Thanks :) Because he's our best defender with two yellow cards. I preferred make a strong turnover. I've keeped only the goalkeeper and three defenders, Modrins and Plumpe. I expected that uses a variation of his usual lineup, as lower defensive line. He choosed a narrow field. I tried a lineup that sometimes I use with my team.
Next opponent is Kypros, their first striker substitution, Bedia Nadiri, is mine. I need to talk with him tomorrow... this week training with a rugby oval ball :D

Today has been a locked match, in the end we've been able to score a goal with a penalty kick. Globally we had more chances but almost all the opponent ones was dangerous. Uldis Zandbergs man of the match of course. There has been something that I fand hard to explain... many times their winger dribble our side defender (17 defense, 14 form), very impressive... with weak form...
By my side, I made many many thoughs about the winger, because of the form descent of Zande and Čabatnieks.... what the hell!!!

Shame you didn't play the winger on the other side. Would have been fun to see Cabatnieks face Levi :p

Today I was worried about their striker, that was able to score with high effectiveness against Argentina. They started very good but we has been able to play better as the match go on. Now we have to face Bosnia in the semi-finals, I consider a little step over Israel. Glad to see that Plume back to score :)

I admin that Bosnia has been stronger than our but I am sure that we lost the match at the 7th minute, when, at the beginning of the match, Gailums got a red card, sentencing us to a hard match. Unfortunately we haven't scored or chances when we was able to attack, but the central mid let opponents to find a way and enough time to make their winger play and, moreover, bring our defenders to get tired. I think that this is the reason because we almost completely disappeared in the last 20 minutes (when Bosnia built his victory) when, to the other side, other parts of the match we've been a little more dangerous.

Of course, it happens some wrong matches but I would be glad to obtain a result here. Next match against Austria, for the 3 and 4 place final :)

So close... :( They reach the 2-2 at 89th minute. Until that moment, I've seen a very good line up able to play against a stronger team. Disappointed about the result but promising for the upcoming matches. Now the goal is to raise the position in NT ranking.

It's impressive that Polska made our same evaluation by using only under 23 players........ Anyway it has been a big lucky strike in order to gain a lot of ranking points, now we are 25th

PIlipinas did not accept my invitation and scheduled a friendly with another NT, not as we agreed. I am thinking to do not look for an opponent, in order to avoid risk to lose ranking point, because we have a good gap from the 33th position, 140 points. Last match we had more chances but we was not able to score as we created. I don't want that a similar match like that could happen again.
I haven't lost the main focus, that is to be in the second pot, I'm happy about this situation and these ranking point gained during last season. I'm satisfied about the squad available, considering that Latvija has got only 24 team. We are covered in every side, despite the predictable low number. I hope to be lucky with the form. Unfortunately all available defenders has not got good side skills and that is a problem that, If I will be elected, I will have to consider.
I will candidate for the upcoming seasons, I hope that you're satisfied for the job enough for giving me your trust again. I will give back a management as I done this season as best I can do.

A little time on late but after a lot of stuff that I considered more urgent (players update, friendly scheduling etc) I can write here. First of all, thank you for your give me your trust again. Very glad to continue with Latvija :)

We reached the goal to be in the second pot during the creation of the leagues for the world cup qualification, unfortunately I consider our league strong. Italy is the stronger team and I don't hide to feeling excited to play against my country, where there are a lot of people that I know in sokker and against an active community.
Other team, Hong Kong, Slovenjia and Hayastan are very strong comparing their similar team of global ranking. It won't be easy but it's challenging.

During the season, I've arranged frendlies. With no ranking duties, I've arranged all with strong team.

Nice start - Plūme injured for 28 days against Italy

I know :( Ok, Italy has got 11 points more than us, bad match but they are a lot stronger than us. I accept. About Plume's injury, this is the only thing that I really complain. A really unlucky shot :(

Finally I can try different tactics in friendlies without thinking to the global ranking. Despite the defeat, I've seen a good performance without scoring. I've used Cabulis only 45 minutes in order to avoid him useless risks. Unfortunately we are out of strikers with high form now. I hope in the next form update, next weeks we have very important matches.
