Hello! :)
I decided after a short conversation with your current selector that he will start in the election.
I am a manager from Poland.
My club experience is quite a lot, I have been playing since 2008.
As you can see in the picture below, I was the first in my country to advance to the Premier League by winning each league in turn, starting from the 6th league.
As for the representative experience, I also add a photo showing my work in the country of Philippines.
Due to the game at the highest league level in my country, I have played many matches with ratings of 75+, so I know how to set the tactics for such players. Latvia has such players. I also played a lot of arcade matches with many coaches from all over the world, also with many champions of my country.
In the coming season I would like to build a team for the next qualifying round, and then advance to the World Cup. let's do it! :)

Maybe a little info from my side. When I wrote I'd leave after this season, nobody wrote about initiave to take over. Neither did our U21 coach. So I took it upon myself to look for a good candidate. I got into touch with Pbi3 and we discussed the team and its possibilities. We had similar opinions so I agreed to support him if he'd give it a try. Besides what pbi3 already wrote, I believe the nt experience and having a club with similar ratings are making him a very good candidate. Probably one of the best ones this nation has ever seen apply for a coach position.

Tactics are gone but players still there. I used http://ntdb.sokker.cz/ database but I don't know if I can grant rights there. Will check tomorrow evening.
