Hello, dear friends

Here we go with a new election phase! Time is passing so fast and I'm here to do my job, since almost 5 years (14 seasons)!!!

I recognize that last seasons were not succesfull in terms of results but I did what was really necessary to do about youngsters continuity!

Next priority is focusing on the WC Qualifying stage! Also, if somebody can help me with some scouting sessions, please send me sk-mails and we can talk there! Thank you everybody for cooperation!!

I just want to tell something to Latvian community.

Last season, Edijs Kraukis, who plays for my team, was one of the best Latvian u21 players. I was training him defense with DEF order. In the first game of the season he played in midfield for national team so he couldn't get a training in my team. I notified your coach about it and asked him to set Kraukis a defense order. In next two games he did the same and this player stagnated for 3 weeks. Only in forth game Kraukis played with DEF order but never played for national team again. He wasn't even selected for a bench despite a fact that in every game there were empty slots on a bench.

He talks about energy to manage this team. As I can see he played last game with just 10 players and last season he missed two opportunities to play friendly game. He had zero wins in last campaign, including friendlies.

Sincerelly, I think that your public message makes no sense! If I need to use some players with different orders and I couldn't accept recommendations to use with special orders to take more training efficiency, it is only my bussiness and I assume this! I cannot set an order for a player in the field, just because someone is asking me to do that! The National Team first 11 line-up it is only my bussiness and after 5 years consecutively as head coach here, I cannot accept any contests from another users. I hope that you will understand my answer, Mr Krcko and I'm sorry for not using your player with the specific recommendation order!
