Hello,
I am a candidate to manage your u21 national team.
I managed Turkey u21 national team for 2 seasons. I got 12 wins in 14 official matches. We completed the World Cup groups with 9 points without conceding a goal. We were unluckily eliminated in the upper rounds.
I would appreciate your support.
Thank you.

Dear User from Latvia,
I am not in a position to judge the candidate's knowledge or competence, nor is this the purpose of my message. My reason for addressing you is that the candidate in question has acquired a negative international reputation, effectively placing him on a kind of informal blacklist.
This is due to his deliberate violation of agreements, through which he has unfairly obtained advantages. Such conduct is inconsistent with the standards expected of an international manager. Further details on this matter can be found in this thread (please see the last pages).
Evidence confirming his intentional actions can also be reviewed in discussions on the Turkish forum (if these posts have since been deleted, screenshots are available). Moreover, the candidate's dismissive and inappropriate responses to these allegations—often attempting to deflect by raising unrelated issues—provide further insight into his character.
Why is the international community making such an effort? Because we all strive to maintain fairness and integrity in our interactions.
Naturally, you, dear user from Latvia, are free to choose him. It is not my intention to prevent that. Rather, my goal is solely to ensure you have access to this information, enabling you to make a well-informed decision.

Dear Latvians, Slamtam is right. As a Turkish, I strongly suggest not voting for him for the good of your U21 and reputation.
