Discipline is important how your players will play by your tactic, do they move exactly as you planed or runs around the field :) Team work dont know, i sence what can it do but probably im wrong, maybe Sponkie will know it :)

Tactical Discipline
Reflects how accurately the player will follow the tactic during the match. Tactical Discipline is based on two subskills: Experience and Team-work.

Experience
- More matches played,more experience accumulated
- Activity during every match
- Type of match (friendly,official match,NT Match)
The players with a low level of experience increase this subskill more swiftly than with high level of experience.

Team Work

- It indicates how much a coach can learn the tactics and how much the player learned it.
- It change for the effect of your training,like the other skills,indipendently from the type of training choose.
- It depends from the time played in the weekly matches, like the other skills.
- The assistants help to increase the Team Work, but their influence is lower respect to the contribution given in the other skills.
- The oldest player increase and decrease more slowly (they are more "change resisting")
- After every transfer,the TmW of every player go to the minimum skill.

The improvements of the Team Work depends from the average value of your main coach.This means that Team Work of your players could decrease if you change your main coach with another worst main coach (in average value).
