Good match,but i repeat another time,sorry,but i really dont like your tactic in throws in.
If you look your second goal (abramovich score,assist of Cherednik) you can understand how important are the players positions in throws in,you could steal a lot of ball in defencive zone and make a lot of occasions in attack zone.

Some example:

1)If you see this first screenshot,you can understand that the position of Cherednik isn't good,because he stay near the defender,and the def can steal the ball,if you put him some meters low,he could easly make a direct pass to the strikers

2)If you see this second screenshot,you can understant another mistake in the position of Prigoda,anyway,you could also put in that position Filippenkob,because he's better than Prigoda in passing skill.In fact in that zone of the field,the Filippenkob position is not useful,so you should put him near the winger,and in case of free throws,he could make a direct pass to the attack zone.

3)If you see this Third screenshot,you can understand another mystake in the position of Sergeev.In this match,he shoot a lot of time by that position,because Bolivians defender are too weak,but believe me,against strong defence,that position is a big mistake,because the opponents can steal always the ball to your striker.In Italy we usually put a mid (in this case Leshuk),near the winger,so in case of throw in,he can make a direct pass to the attack zone.In this case you also have got 3 possibility to get a shoot (1- pass to Sergeev,2-pass to Abramovich,3-pass to Rahimov).

Are you 100% sure that if you win Latvian NT coach elections, you will lead our team? For now it seems, that you have enaught expierence and you are the best candidate, but I want to be sure, that my vote goes to manager, who are ready to work hard with our team.

He is talking about your efforts to candidate in other countries too. If you'll be elected in more than one country including Latvia which Team will you lead and what'll happen to our NT if you'll quit the job because of other National Team? I hope you understand the question :)

From now i am Italian NT Striker scout.
If i'll be elect as Latvian NT,is sure that my priority is to lead Latvian NT,so,maybe i will resign as Italian NT Striker,but now i dont know if i will be elect and i dont know how much time i'll spent to this job.

I remember that the beginning of my work in Russia was very hard,i saw every transfers of all russian teams,to find all players who played in foreign teams.
I remember that i made an accourate database and i always update it.

After the work wasn't so hard,when all better prospect are costantly monitored,the very important things to make is:
1) the study of the tactic
2)the update of players
3)relationship with owners and national forum.

ABOUT TACTIC.

I like to try different tactic,because i think that with the costantly change of the players movements i can improve my tactic abilities.Anyway,sometimes can happen that i make mystake,but i think that with an accourate analysis of users and mine,we can improve a lot by the mystakes.

MY PLANS
I dont know the skills of latvian players,but i think that Latvia is currently rather weak team,it's a new National Team and we cant be competitive against strong teams.Latvia must to improve with the costantly training of all prospect and with the new players that will go out from youth teams.These 2 points will be my mission in your NT.Next season there will be only friendly,i think that in the beginning i'll organize match against similar NT,and in the end of the season i'll try to play hard match against medium National Teams(for example Belarus,Rossiya,New Zealand,Australia,Magyarorszaq..).

The most common mistakes are the defence movements(in reality they are more easily visible)

About training the most common mistake is to train like HT,only one skill.
In sokker all player should be complete as soon as possible in all skills,for example a player like him:

Konrāds Kļava , age: 23

weak stamina, hopeless keeper
