The question is about passive training called as random pops. How can we raise a speed of passive training. Does it depends on coach assistants only or main coach skills?
For example, you train keepers and want to increase passive pace training. What to do?

sure!!

in this case your main coach must to have the best skill as soon as possible in pace (so unearthly) and also you should have 3 assistents with the better average value as possible
