We must improve Latvian Community for 2 reasons:

1)BOT players in NT will be in TL when a new manager come and take the place of the previous team where play the BOT National Team player

2)more users=more youth school,more players,swift improvements.

I havn`t banned jet, but activity also is almost "0", so it is hard to say if there will be any result of it. :\
