Today will start the CIS & Baltic Torunament,we will play against Azerbaijan,i thought about this match tactic a lot,i can't see previous matches of Azerbaijan,because there are some problem to viewing previous match,anyway i decided to change tactic and to play with players who played less matches,but deserve to play in NT and still receive a good training like Inārs Putns,Arvils Vībans,Andris Danovskis and Mārcis Vīndedzis,becouse i would like to give a chance to who play less,but is still trained well.

Great game, but...are we so good or they was so bad, or that was only Friendly with "half" squads, and ours was better.
Tactic really worked this time, I mean Offside trap, except last goal.

my GK made mistake.. It was because he has low pace skill.

but 38.minute he made great save.

Today was real match,this is a friendly tournament,but it was serious anyway and all teams played with better squads (except Rossiya and Belarus that will play with U21 Team,anyway,today the average age of Latvija was 20 yo :]]]).

I think that Latvija have got a BIG potential,i've just said it in the past,but now i'm really sure,Latvija will be a STRONG National Team in the future,and this is becouse everybody worked well,and i hope that we will continue to this way!!!

We played with similar tactic,but the final result was a little bit different!:)))
For this reason,i would like to congrats with myself,today i made a good tactic i think,we destroyed Azerbaijan in the first 22 minutes!!unfortunatel the players was a little bit tired in the last minutes,becouse midfielders and strikers runned a lot!!I would like to congrats with all Latvian friends,for your commitment to improve Latvian Community,to train latvian players,to improve junior schools,Latvia is a little paradise of sokker,we are on the right way,KEEP GOING!!!!

about Putns,he not played bad..but he must to improve in pace and keeping,anyway,don't worry,he is still young and trainable,so i'm sure that he will play a lot in the future,you should only wait his improvements!!

I didn't expect Latvia were that strong. The tournament was organized to make friendly games more challenging and interesting. So I believe all NT managers of participating countries will do their best to win every game.

Russia and Belorus will play with U-21 to decrease the diffirence among us and other younger nations. Anyway, Latvia is developing so fast that you will overpass us soon (now you have 3-fold more users than we do).

Hi to all,today we will play second match of the CIS and Baltic tournament.
We will play against Russia,i was Russian NT Coach for 3 seasons in the past and i knew very well Russian players.Unfortunately today they will play with U21 and the new juniors are the only that i don't know how are good :)) but i think that it will be a very difficoult match.
