In my opinion all my tactics works well,but without players,i can't make miracles!

I would want to explain that without good players maybe my tactics was wrong,but anyway,when i see the live match,it seems that tactic works very well,so i don't know if the problem are my tactics or not.
I must to admit my fault,of course I wanted to play spectacular and ok with wingers,but only becouse i haven't got mids with skill defence,so i can't put them in the center of the field.All players run too much is another true point,but all tactic was "very long" and not offencive and with high defence line like the others matches.So it's obvious that mids run a lot.

Azerbaijan NT is as old as Latvian, do you really think their players are so much better.
I just watched the first half and I wouldn`t say you were so much better. Latvia held ball more time, but there weren`t many reasonable situations. Ok, I understand that Latvian players aren`t that good to give only good passes and make on good decisions. You even had one more player on the pitch.

Maybe we saw 2 different matches,in my opinion we deserve to win,we was so much better for sure in my honest opinion,and there was a lot of reasonable situations (Avenajs missed at least 3-4 "reasonable situation" into the penalty area).I still don't believe the final result,but anyway,i'll try another experiment next time.

Dont be shy to test all kinds of tactics - i for one think that victory is only to rise our noses, lets be reasonable - we are weak and the best thing to do is to raise our skills.

By the way i have an idea. I see that there are 5 old players. Maybe it would be good to let them go... yes, they are good maybe for now but players like that does not progress any more so they are worthless. Beter we could put in NT a jung players with potencial to increase theyr experience from the very start of theyr carier.

Of corse if you agree than tell the team managers that theyr player will be kicked out of NT so they can sell them or something like that...
