Next friday i'll go away for 1 week,as i said before,for a vacation in Sardegna,i'll made the tactic thursday and in vacation i'll look for an Internet point becouse i must to accept the invitation for the friendly of next week.
So..probably i'll put out older players only next week,i'll give 1 week time for the owners to sell them if they want.

SO..Thursday,i'll make the new convocation,and you will see the new U21 NT.
Older players still remain in NT for 1 week,after i'll put out over 21 players from the NT.

I don't think it is wise to make such an important decision in a rush. We should discuss all pros and cons before changing whole NT squad.
I'd like to hear what thinks NT coach of latvians proposal - does it necessary, what age limit should be set, how it will affect our performance in near future and later, and so on...
Also I'd like to know scouts opinion because they follow players development.

One more thing - when you open voting for something it is must be clear what options we can choose between. Yes or No is absolutely wrong in this situation and 3 votes "Yes" shouldn't be counted as final result.
Probably you know better but I think that some of old players are trained at the moment they just train slower than new ones.

Nedomāju, ka ir prātīgi sasteigt tik svarīgu lēmumu. Vispirms ir jādiskutē par plusiem un mīnusiem, kas notiks ar NT izlasi.
Man gribētos dzirdēt ko par to visu domā NT treneris - vai izmaiņas ir nepieciešamas, kāds vecuma ierobežojums būtu jāuzstāda, kā izmaiņas ietekmēs izlases sniegumu tuvākajā nākotnē un kādas ir tālākās perspektīvas, u.t.t.
Tāpat gribētos dzirdēt ko par to domā skauti, jo viņi seko līdzi spēlētāju attīstībai un varētu būt vairāk informēti par rezervēm un iespējām.

Vēl viena lieta - kad tiek uzsākta balsošana, ir jābūt skaidri zināmām izvēles iespējām, lai saprastu par ko tad balsot. Šajā gadījumā Jā vai Nē izvēle ir nepareiza (vajadzētu būt plašākai izvēlei, tātad kāds vecuma ierobežojums, cik ātrā laikā uzsākt izmaiņas...), turklāt ar 3 balsīm "Par" nav pietiekami, lai balsojumu uzskatītu par notikušu.
Jāņem vērā, ka arī daļa veco spēlētāju tiek trenēti, tikai treniņš notiek lēnāk nekā jaunajiem.

Fakts ir taads ka nav jeegas vecajiem kraat pieredzi un taktisko discipliinu ja tuulinj vinjus taapat nokjers jaunie talanti kam tieshi shiis lietas pietruuks... pagaidaam muusu izlasei nav nekaadas jeegas trakot ar rezultaatiem. Jaa - palaizjot valjaa dazjus speeleetaajus NT liimenis kritiisies, bet naakotnee tas atmaksaasies. Nevar domaat tikai par shodienu - taapat vinneet nevaram ja taa rupji njemam.....

Sākšu ar to, ka es nevienu brīdi neteicu, ka esmu pret jauno spēlmaņu uzņemšanu un veco atlaišanu, es tikai gribu zināt kādas būs sekas. Ja varētu veikt kaut kādu analīzi un iegūt papildus informāciju, būs mazāk pārsteigumu, kad pāriesim uz jaunajiem. Negribētos taču nonākt pie situācijas, kad pēc 1 sezonas atkal ķersimies pie vecajiem bukiem?
Pirmkārt, jaunie trenējas arī tagad, kamēr nespēlē izlasē un kaut kādu pieredzi un taktisko disciplīnu arī gūst. Vienīgi tas, ka iespējams papildus neliels treniņa procents, ja nospēlē arī izlases spēli.
Otrkārt, jā mums nav svarīgi kā spēlē izlase draudzības spēlēs, galvenais ir lai mēs būtu maksimāli gatavi uz WC kvalifikācijas spēlēm. Vai tiešām līdz nākamajam ciklam izlase būs gatava labāk startēt ar jaunajiem spēlētājiem? Piemēram, zinu ka mums ir katastrofāls defu trūkums, tad varbūt iespējams kaut kā pakāpeniski izstumt vecos kadrus no izlases, kad viņiem ir gandrīz līdzvērtīgi jaunie aizstājēji (pieņemsim, par dažiem punktiem zemāki rādītāji pēc kaut kādām skalām - spēles reitingi, Sponkija skillu summēšana utt.)
Atradīsies vēl argumenti, lai rosinātu diskusiju. Galu galā, kurš uzņemsies atbildību par NT nākotni? Treneris vai mēs paši, kas pieņēmām lēmumu? Vainot varēs ikvienu un tad atradīsies gudrie, kas teiks ka nevajadzēja reformas :)

mosa tad vareetu iemest to jauno un veco aizsargu skilus (ari parejo speletaju) lai vareetu normali saliidzinaat, un svariga lieta jau ir talants, mosa tas jaunajs galigi netrenejas a vecais supertalants :)

First of all,i would like to know how much important are results for Latvians in this season.I think that we have a rather good team,not bad for the beginning,a lot of players are trained and imho we must to need only more luck for next matches.
My objective in this season is to improve all players,but unfortunately,i don't like to lose all matches,so sometimes i prefer to play with a better player (but older) than a young prospect,but not good for the moment.So,how much important are results in your opinion??Do you like to see all lost matches??this is the first point to discuss for me.

DOES IT NECESSARY?
Play in NT give some small advantage:
-more money when you will sold your player
-a little percentage in plus of training (but i don't know how much for sure)
Unfortunately Play in NT give also more chances to get injured,but an injury player if in NT cures more faster.
- a little percentage of supporter in + at the stadium (but it seems not true )

what age limit should be set

In my opinion,we should to create a NEW GENERATION of players,ALL U21 PLAYERS should be trained,we have young players that in this moment don't get a good training,all owners that not train young latvians should sell these players,becouse with a good publicize they could find a good team and train very well.Personally i always publicize the better latvian players in Italy,where i know a lot of managers of Italian serie A,serie B,serie C... with very good staff.

how it will affect our performance in near future and later

Good question,well,all teams play with 11 players,there aren't teams with more players in field and this is sure :))))so,i repeat,if our commitment,FROM NOW,will be to train all U21 PLAYERS,we could create a new generation of good players,of course,we must to wait a lot of seasons,but after we could enjoy a lot.
More a player is young and more has chances to will be trained well,and more season a player is well trained and more chances he will have to will play in NT.
In my opinion i should reward all users that train well their NT Prospect,to encourage to continue this program of training,just from the beginning age (16 yo).
If fact,a new generation don't born from players wich have got now 21 yo,they are just good,but not indispensable,a new generation of players must to born with a serious project,the training program should be frequently updated in particoular for the youngest .

For example a 17 yo striker with average in both skills (pace /tech/stk) in the beginning of the season,could become a future world star.Imagine 1 season of pace/1 season of tech /1 season of striking..i bought a 16 yo striker in the past and i sold him for a lot of money becouse he was very talented.

We must to improve in all,all users should train only latvian players,and all users should improve their staffs,should improve their juniors teams,all juniors team must to be always complete,the optimal thing it could be that you have always:

Number of places: 30
Juniors in the school: 24

Don't sack poor juniors with high weeks,don't sack weak juniors with high weeks and you should to complete juniors schools,you should buy a Youth coach at least Formidable,but Outstanding could be preferred.

WE NEED MORE LATVIAN PLAYERS TO TRAIN

REMEMBER
CANADA has got only 90 users,but they went second in World Cup group this season,they was better than Germany.Is this a dream??
