Subject: Latvija-Azerbaijan

Ok.
First of all,i would like to know how much important are results for Latvians in this season.I think that we have a rather good team,not bad for the beginning,a lot of players are trained and imho we must to need only more luck for next matches.
My objective in this season is to improve all players,but unfortunately,i don't like to lose all matches,so sometimes i prefer to play with a better player (but older) than a young prospect,but not good for the moment.So,how much important are results in your opinion??Do you like to see all lost matches??this is the first point to discuss for me.

DOES IT NECESSARY?
Play in NT give some small advantage:
-more money when you will sold your player
-a little percentage in plus of training (but i don't know how much for sure)
Unfortunately Play in NT give also more chances to get injured,but an injury player if in NT cures more faster.
- a little percentage of supporter in + at the stadium (but it seems not true )

what age limit should be set

In my opinion,we should to create a NEW GENERATION of players,ALL U21 PLAYERS should be trained,we have young players that in this moment don't get a good training,all owners that not train young latvians should sell these players,becouse with a good publicize they could find a good team and train very well.Personally i always publicize the better latvian players in Italy,where i know a lot of managers of Italian serie A,serie B,serie C... with very good staff.

how it will affect our performance in near future and later

Good question,well,all teams play with 11 players,there aren't teams with more players in field and this is sure :))))so,i repeat,if our commitment,FROM NOW,will be to train all U21 PLAYERS,we could create a new generation of good players,of course,we must to wait a lot of seasons,but after we could enjoy a lot.
More a player is young and more has chances to will be trained well,and more season a player is well trained and more chances he will have to will play in NT.
In my opinion i should reward all users that train well their NT Prospect,to encourage to continue this program of training,just from the beginning age (16 yo).
If fact,a new generation don't born from players wich have got now 21 yo,they are just good,but not indispensable,a new generation of players must to born with a serious project,the training program should be frequently updated in particoular for the youngest .

For example a 17 yo striker with average in both skills (pace /tech/stk) in the beginning of the season,could become a future world star.Imagine 1 season of pace/1 season of tech /1 season of striking..i bought a 16 yo striker in the past and i sold him for a lot of money becouse he was very talented.

We must to improve in all,all users should train only latvian players,and all users should improve their staffs,should improve their juniors teams,all juniors team must to be always complete,the optimal thing it could be that you have always:

Number of places: 30
Juniors in the school: 24

Don't sack poor juniors with high weeks,don't sack weak juniors with high weeks and you should to complete juniors schools,you should buy a Youth coach at least Formidable,but Outstanding could be preferred.

WE NEED MORE LATVIAN PLAYERS TO TRAIN

CANADA has got only 90 users,but they went second in World Cup group this season,they was better than Germany.Is this a dream??

I think its time to play whit u21 players if we want to play in WC in the future. Latvija's old players isnt much better than good u21 players so it wouldnt be big lose, well maybe just in defence. About Canada, dont forget that canada is one of the oldest countrys in sokker :) Alsow look at Lithuania, we are in semis ^^ !!! And we have only 40-50 strong and active teams.

So ,for me in future we should only see U21 WC,that could be more important than WC Qualifications,becouse we could see how much improved are we.

If you ask me, I dont need any good results from NT this season because these are just a frendlies. We could dream of some good results after 3-5 sesons from our NT. As for now - we should think for our future more and care less about the current results of our NT. That is the reason why I recomended to let the oldones go.. I know it is quite painful for managers that have them in team (I myself have a 26 year old second Scorer Kanteruks in NT). But I wached his training ability and if you ask me - it is not good...
I for one think to sell him still as a NT player to get some money for new player (16-17 year old) for training because I wont get more for Kanteruks if he stays in team another season - he has his full potencial so he must be sold, as easy as that...

If results are not problem,for me is not a problem to play with only U21 players and U21 BOT players.30 places is too much,maybe..i don't remember how was my financial situation when i was at the beginning,anyway i hope that you will put a lot of places as soon as possible.

Generally YES.
Maybe we should consider of sacking those players who don't have good replacement? For instance, play with youngsters except defenders - keep 1 to 3 older players? What do you think? I don't know how bad are the new players :)

if they are talented then it is worth to keep them in junior school. To check talent you have to wait some weeks and observe their improvement.
