Hey, is it ok that I play with players that used to be 19? As I didn`t remember that they gain age today and are now 20... I haven`t scouted the current 19yos at all...

I really don't believe that we can compete against such kind of players,i must to be realistic,they have "world level" players like Frank Kauramäki ,Aarne Hietapakka ,Mauri Himmanen ,Matti Merihovi...in my honest opinion,a draw tomorrow could be a miracle.

Yeah, I know that and it sucks, but I just didn`t have a clue that the players gain age today.. And as we don`t have database, I honestly don`t even know enough u19 players at the moment.. My day was so busy that I just got home, so if it in any means is ok with you, I wouldn`t like to spend my whole night in searching players, guessing their skills and making a new tactic..

Sorry about the situation, I didn`t do this on purpose. And after all, it`s just one match in an on-line manager game.. :)

Hi Latvian community![:D]

Today after some polemics (becouse Finland had to play with U19 team,but before the match they chaned idea,and they will play with U20 Team) we will play against the strong Finland.I think that we have ZERO chances to win,for this reason,i want to play VERY OFFENSIVE and try to steal the maximum about this match,maybe i'm crazy,but we will play with 3 STRIKERS!!!i hope you will enjoy to see this match!:))))

About the match,what i can say.I knew before the match that it was impossible to win.In this cases,in Italy we used to say "The best defence is the attack!" :) I liked to play attacking movements of Latvia,we made 8 shots!and we went near to score a lot of times,unfortunately they had SUPERB KEEPER and UMBELIEVEBLE STRIKERS!

hahaha - this tactics sux! :] not about the part "The best defence is the attack!" but about our defence. There was a situation when there was !!3!! Finland players at our goal and only 1 defender :D And in other situations our defence was too far from goal. So this time our def was tragic - other than that everything was good (not counting that midfielders didnt help defenders)

About Daalinjsh - Next could be Avenaajs - it would be nice for my team in First Ligue >:]

If we look at the ratings we can see that Finland wasn't much stronger than Latvia. And final result is OK in my opinion. I am wondering of his formation - to give away midfield completely and play with one winger. Is it good tactics? I've never studied other NT tactics before.

Ratings means nothing.We should look the real skills of players like:

Frank Kauramäki ,
Aarne Hietapakka ,
Mauri Himmanen ,
Matti Merihovi

If you knew the real skills of these players,you will understand that Finland was strongest than Latvia.If you see ratings in my team Spartak Vespa (last match for example) you understand that my team ratings aren't much stronger than Latvia too.But do you want to see real skills of my players???I think that you will be impressed about how much better are my players than Latvia players,so i would like to remember that ratings sometimes means nothing,Ratings are only the average value of the sum of defence/passing/striking skills (but remember that other skills like playmaking,technique etc. aren't mentioned).
Finland was better than Latvia in my honest opinion,Latvia attached really well and I am pleased that we succeeded to do dangerous shoots.

I accept this critic because our defence played really badly this time. However I wanted to play very offensive to guarantee the game in the Finland half of the field, for this cause i played with 3 defenders + Bodyak defensive midfielder,i knew that it was a risk, but the final result isn't too bad in my opinion, In my honest opinion if Latvia would played with a 5 line defence,i'm sure that Finland had attached us 90 minutes and the result would have been worse.
