You have an outstanding experience by managing poor National Teams (been russian NT coach before) so don't complain about big losses. We know that you did your best and there is no space for moral etics or whatever. You just have to live with it.

Good Morning to all.Today Latvija will play against India,direct opposing to the run for the 4th place (our objective in the World Cup Qualifications) .India is much more older and strong than Latvija [43.8 India / 40.2 Latvija], but in my honest opinion we should play for the victory. our opponents have a Dutch CT and excellent players that could make some problems to our defenders like Hardip Savdeep and Mahesh Sarasvat .Anyway,i'll try to make my best for that match,and my dream is to achieve a victory. I hope that a lot of Latvians will see this match,becouse this match is one of the most important of the season.

i'm afraid,5-1 it's unbelieveble,i think that final result not mean the real worth of the teams in field,we played not bad (except of defence and keeper of course) and we went near to score a lot of time,i'm very sad!What happen?what was wrong in my tactic?this game sometimes is incomprehensible.
on LTU council,from now every weeks i'll give a vote to all players after every match and i'll proclaim the "Player of the Match".

De Generaal (Indias NT manager) won this time tactical battle against you, he probably expected that you will play whit uzvarētāji tactic, because you play whit it against equal teams like Azərbaycan, Honduras. You needed to make little surprise for him, maybe next time ;) ?

agree!!!The tactic seems not have much importance, 3 mistakes of the defence and than they scored 3 times, we shooted 9 times, missed a penalty kick and did better percentages!
