Unfortunately, I'm not so optimist. All the other 3 rivals are having really great players, and 1, 2, or 3 really valuable players can make the difference no matter what tactics you choose.

If you like training NTs, you should continue here from the next season, as you have proved you have good tactical abilities.

Maçı izlemedim ama sonuca baktım. Azerbaycan u21 takımı sahipsiz değildir. Dünya Kupası gibi en önemli turnuvaya 3-0 yenik başlıyorsan ki hazırlık maçına lafım yok. Ukrayna u21 i bile yenememişiz milli takım hocası başını kumun altına saklayamaz. Çıkar yenilginin sebeplerini anlatır.
Yanlış anlaşılmasın. Yenilgiye lafım yok. Sessizliğe tepkim.

I had no time to watch the match, I was on a trip in Vienna, I only looked at general infos.
The evolution of the game was worst than I had in mind, the lack of midfielders is obvious, we weren't able to create chances to score. Probably I will try different approach in the next match.

U21 takımlarında orta saha en büyük problem. Benim kişisel düşüncem. Altyapıdan gelen oyuncuları defans özelliği bile olsa orta saha gibi yetiştirmek. Tabi ki bunu yaparken 16-17 yaşlarda karar vermek gerek.

Ama oyuncu tamamen DEF özelliğindeyse yapacak bir şey yok. tabi ki DEF olmalı ama iki ihtimali varsa MID yetiştirilmeli.

Hocam bizde 15-20m TL-lik orta sahaları milli takıma almamışlar diye oyundan silinmiş.2-3 tane gördüm en az.
