Üşenmeden bütün sezonlara baktım. Bu sezon Azerbaycan u21 antrenörü rekor kırarak tarihe geçmiş. 76 sezon içinde en çok yenilgi aldığımız sezon 9 mağlubiyet ile bu sezon olmuş.
40. sezon galiba 8 mağlubiyet var. ben hepsine baktım ama gözden kaçırdığım varsa beni uyarın.

Hocam 10 sezonda topladığımız krediyi tüketti 1 sezonda dedim zaten. Ben de eski sezonlara bakarak bunu dile getirdim.3cü torbaya Ermenistanla birlikte bizi soktu tekrardan. En son 10-15 sene önce Ermenistanla rekabetteydik 3-4cü torbalar için. Bizim altyapı akademilerine odaklanmamız aramızdaki farkı açmıştı.Şimdi yeniden 35lere kadar gerilememiz dışında genç ve talentli oyuncuları söylememize rağmen milli takım kadrosuna bile almıyor. Oyunda yönetici olan birinin böyle bir ülkeye zarar vermesini kabul edemiyorum. Şimdi 3cü torbadan Dünya Kupası elemelerine katılacağız sayesinde.

First of all, we apologize for not thanking you for dropping us 12 places in the rankings at 1 season.Your communication with us has never been positive. Dont we have any chance to complain about your management when leading our U-21 national team? I have never seen such a ridiculous comment.Dont you have any idea about the drawing pot in the game for World Cup qualifiers groups?How did you manage to spend in just 1 season the points we collected in 10 seasons?
If tour players were bad, you should analyze the squad and match them with equal or more suitable opponents teams.Is this our fault too?
I have repeatedly sent you private messages informing you about the best player of our generation.His name was Sirac Habibov with 3.4 talent. You didnt include him in the squad, instead you included worse players than him.You didnt respond or an explanation for this matter.Also when I checked another 20yo our players saw didnt took some of them too when we had 7 place on squad.
We never had any personal problems.However your attitude, cold behaivor, to manage our U-21 NT with that way at end, we have the right also to criticize management style too.Frankly, I think you havent shown enough care or attention to our U-21 team.If you are expecting a thank you for that, I a sorry, I cant do that.

I'm not expecting anything. I know it was a horrible season, but the quality of players dropped too much. In my 1st season, we reached a 57+ mark, now we barely reach 50. I f it's my fault, then I apologize, although last season I asked owners what to train their players and it didn't happen. I had to use defenders with excellent or formidable pace, and the midfielders were even worse.
We've played in the Druid Cup, and the group was pretty tough. It was hard to find a good solution to compete.
I understand you are angry because I didn't select Habibov, but why should I? I asked you to train the technique, you said "yes", but you trained pace. A player with adequate technique doesn't deserve to be selected. He's useless.

We werent just talking about your poor performance at this season.We were also talking about the players who were deleted from game because they werent included to U-21 squad between the 63-69 seasons.Just because you translated our conversation doesnt mean I expect you to take on the other topics.
We are not complaining your group stage performance but I think still could get some good results in my opinion. But after 3 lose probably you could left from Druid Cup if you really think our squad was not good enough for tough group if already you are experienced it on World Cup groups.
About Sirac Habibov he was not from my youth academy and already he is not my player anymore. But still you didnt take him to squad after releasing 21 yo players especially when had 7 places on squad. Our nation 1 of big problem was deleted our best generation players by bot/banned clubs. Already we left 35 users and 19 youth academy in Azerbaijan. Ofcourse I think U-21 coach have more responsibility to care about our talented best generation players to take to squad for guaranty. About technique i am informed he will get technique after completing his pace training to reach 14. He already taking technique on other team. Already informed him who baught. Sirac 100% deserve to be in U-21 squad with 3.4 talent and 14-7-10 at 18 yo. Already top level player. Its not meaning he not deserve to be in squad if not good enough to play in games. You could take and guaranteed his profile will not delete too.

I am saying again its not personal.If you feel we are insulting or doing propaganda against you that is not true. Here we discussed mistakes that happened over 10 seasons.You are only responsible for the last season.I expect you to agree with our criticisms of your performance.Because ultimately, the national team you are managing belongs to our nation.Our nation users already open-minded persons giving chance to other nationality coaches as well on main and U-21 teams. However, we also expect the elected coaches to be open-minded too.We would like them to be more positive and communicative.It was a disappointing season from our side to drop 12 place in rankings.Because that meaning we would be disadvantage at next qualifiers because dropped to 3rd drawing pot. Because first 2nd place passing the qualifier groups and if you are selecting from 3rd pot that meaning already 2 strong team will be in your group and probably would be hard to reach to first 32 place in ranking when our user count dropped to 35.

My 2 cents, no need to be rude over game. He managed our team for a timebeing, and I don’t think he had bad intentions. At this point we’ve seen really bad people from our own NT coaches, and like from Turkiye for example, people that let their team down or left the game, didn’t care and stuff like that.
In Legolas case we had a really bad generation, yeah. I know it from myself, 3-4 seasons ago I had like 6 players in the NT that were getting trained as the NT coach wanted, we had good results too. Last 2 seasons I have only 1-2 players that I’m actively training and they’re not that good as well. The reason is i’ve moved on to train players that are older.
What is a little concerning is that checking the World Cup group stage games, all the games we lost are almost equal rating, in some cases we had better ratings than the opps, so the reason for those losses could be communicated a bit better by the coach, and at some point I believe he lost motivation to communicate, so that only adds up to the issue. In any case it’s a game no need to break anybody’s heart that hasn’t been intentionally malicious. We’ll go back up as we’ve gone down, we just need a good generation.
