How did you decide to run for Azerbaijan NT?

I decided because:
1) Work is free! :P
2) I would like to coach an NT, plus the team is qualified for the world cup!

These already seem like 2 excellent reasons to me!

3) The team seems to be of medium/good level (average ratings)
