Hello!

My user name is Illuminati, i started this game long time ago, if i remember well i have 5 years experience, since i started the game i trained junior players from every nation, even Guatemala.
I've collaborated with U21 South Africa manager, and former manager, Indonessia manager at both U21 and senior team.
Why am i here, you could think. Well, i want to improve some things that i've seen wrong in Guatemala matches, like tactics, the player positioning etc.
I haven't seen any real tactic modification in the last matches, so i asked miself, why? Guatemala didn't had to much succes in the World Competition and i'm just wondering, why not choose diferent tactic approach, like 5-3-2, 5-4-1, 4-2-3-1 and so on, so i decided to put my candidature to make some changes around here and to improve Guatemala U21 players database.

Don't understand this wrong, but, as an NT manager you need to know English language to comunicate with foreign users, like an example, i recived lot of mails from different NT managers, asking something about some players that i've trained, but i couldn't understand exactly what they asked me because they didn't speak English, so English language is useful because lot of real good players are in foreign leagues.

bueno solo dije una opinion si la tomas bien sino tambien, no voy a estar tratando de leer lo que escribes ya que el ingles no es lo mio.

si el ingles es bueno porque los jugadores de la sele en la mayoria estan en el extranjero bien pero los usuarios de guatemala en su mayoria habla castellano

no dijo que no puedes ser dt en guatemala sino que el hablas castellano en los foro ayuda mucho a ser mas entretenido el juego.

You have a point there, i can't make miself understand on the forum for the users who are not used with English language, but isn't the national manager job to make the forum more interactive, only Guatemala users can make it interactive.
The only interactive thing i can make as a NT manager si to bring in the NT squad players that are for sale, even if they are not too good for NT squad, just to support users who train U21 Guatemala players, other interactive thing isn't realy my job as a national manager.

I see that here aren't too many active users, so i doubt that someone want's performance, so i decided to quit this election, i don't want to be manager just for the name, i wanted to work with users.

Hope you are creative like the curent U21 manager, who is playing my defender as a winger.
My player ca play as CD, SD, DCM, ATT, but he can't play winger, and he used him in that position all the season, made me lose the extratraining for him, but in your point of view, you need 100% spanish language, and 0 % sokker skills to be the manager for Guatemala.

No, I'm creative and smart ;) Another issue... I never said that I wanted someone who speaks 100% spanish. That's not important, at least, for me. But your attitude, is not the best I've seen, you can do a wonderful job at the U21, but speaking the way you do, that's a problem. Don't get mad... you know I'm right.

I returned to this game a couple of weeks ago, so what the U21 current manager does, honestly, it is not my business, I hope he have a reason to use that player as a winger, if not, well... Those are things we have to correct, but have you asked him why is that happening? If not... you are not able to criticize. Just saying ;)
