Subject: [U21] Don Aknot

It is the first time when I run for a place as a coach for a National Team, either National Team(NT) or U21, may it be foreign or not, and I well thought before taking this decision into consideration, because I am self-conscious that there is a big responsability in being the National Team trainer.

The National Team means everything for a country and to achieve your main target you have to give all the best in you to realize this purpose, you need time to prepare every match in high details, you need to have a lot of patience and to possess great skills in finding the right tactic.

Even though I am not among the heights leagues in the Romanian championship this is because I have put a lot of accent in training young players as to create myself a very good financial situation. The proof of my words is my current team. Therefore I decided to candidate as a trainer for a smaller country where the most important thing is your knowledge about the game(the quality in selecting from a small amount of players and trying to line up the best team for the match) and afterwards the upcoming results.

And now a few words about myself:

Birth place and residence: Vaslui, Romania
Studies: Construction and Arhitecture Faculty

I play this game since 30 of March 2006, which means exactly 4 years in this game and 14 seasons in Sokker. Right now I have a player who is selected in the Slovenian National Team and soon I attend another 3 players to be selected for National teams. Selection is my biggest strenght. For achieving the best tactic I will inform myself with a tactical adviser and 4 scouts as to help myself during my stay at the National Team.

I just have two questions :
- don't you thinks it is a problem if you don't speak french?
- Why haven't you helped the Senegal's team before?

- He won't need to speak french because he will have a group of people who will do this job for him ;)
- The Senegal's team, about you talking, was helped in another mode.. I had another team, before of this, and I helped how I could. Because I have lost that team, future player of Senegal team was lost too.. So, in this mode we could help Senegal's NT! ;)

I'm sorry, but speak french is usefull to help the manager of Senegal...
You can notice : there is no comment from Senegal's people here because most of them don't speak english...

yeah, but as I seen, most of them don't speak either french, either english...

P.S.: and I told you in my first post, that Mr. Aknot has a group of people around him.. One of them is linguist, a lot of help for him :)

A lot of them don't speak because they have problem of connexions... but they all speak french!
So, if you have a lot of personn, I hope that you will help the coach from the U21 team... even if the coach's name is redak...
