20 yo is too old. If a youth player is in a high level,min. 13-14 ,19 yo could be okay.

il faut du 4x6, a 18 ans max pour etre au top plus tard. mais il en faut plusieur et c'est ca le problème mdr.

Tu peux avoir un jeune talent de 18 ans ou 17 mais le temps qu’il sort, il a déjà 20 ans. Des réformes feraient beaucoup de bien.

Yeah 20 is old but now the system is broken. Like for example you can have a young promising talent with 17 yo or 18 yo but he gets out of youthschool 20 + weeks with good talents (13+) but he will be too old to be train efficiently for U21. Season is just 14 weeks and they gets older and older every season.

I will start to choose only 16 and 17 with 20+ weeks and 18 with -16 weeks

At my youth school I have a bigger selection, and try pull 18 age players, or 19 year olds in the early weeks. I can't pull Senegal players from my school:(

Now we can be happy in Senegal someone come. If the sokker system roll well, a 19 old player can be good too or 20 age with high level.

My Fall came in this shorter season and wasn't too young. He improve well.

This year he reach the level 17 pace and level 15 goal skill that is 100%. After then I will have 4 seasons to give him 1 goal skill and 4 level technique.

Thats true need to find soulution for the youth school problem, it will be be good when they fix it.

Fall is almost ready for senior team :)

Right time it sucks that when you have 20 yo with very high talent he will most likely play 1 season of U21 and will most of time reach his potential in 24 and 25 yo where he will be ready for senior team.

This broken system is impacting very bad the small countries as we don’t have a lot of youthschool, i really hope they will fix youth squad very soon.

c'est bizarre par contre d'habitude il ne prenne pas une taxe aussi chère presque la moitié. Je n'ai pas vu de mise à jour sur la taxe pour l'instant.

ce n'est plus la peine de vendre un joueur

Ils ont niqué l’achat revente avec l’obligation de maintenir un joueur pendant une certaine durée pour ne pas être baisé par la taxe haha un vrai coup de salaud xD

Ils ne font pas les mises a jours nécessaires comme par exemple la réforme des jeunes ou les blessures très longues pour des saisons aussi courtes
