Subject: Senegal players/training/coaches

I had 3x16 secondary coaches. But After then the coaches can retired I won't push the level 16 secondary coaches. 3x15 good enough for me.

If a player come with bad talent the good coach isn't help too.
But if a good talented player come up, with the good coaches easier the random pop ups at the young ages mostly:)

i think 3x16 for second coaches are a waste at least in my comprehension of the training guide. the overall matters more than individuals stats so 15 can do the job

Congo has developed a lot in recent years.

I weren't too happy as I support Senegal and Mali and needed to play against each other in this match. I would have been happier if they meet in the final.
But few chance for this. If Mali didn't meet Sengal rather then another team, they didn't meet to the final neither. Eric Chelle made a good work at Mali. Saintfiet not so good like Chelle.

Well, in this match after the red card. Senegal missed so many good goal options. In the semi final can't miss so many good goal situations. Momo said good asa typical number 9 needed for Senegal.

Pape Gueye long shots were really good nowadays I liked these shots:)

Bigger question for me the youth coach. I had never got level 16 youth coach. I work with level 15 too.

Maybe it similar work like as the secondary coaches?

I feel the youth pulling is a totally random draw. If we got bad youthes maybe level 16 youth coach don't give more.

In youth they still didn't change the system, all depend on the player's talent. In my opinion, the coach just help the player to push his level in youthschool, but he won't help in stats split, it is still random.

one of my latest youth habib mandione was level (13), he has good talent but bad split, he came out with level (2) pace, (7) tech, (10) goalskill, (10) passing and (9) tackling for 19 yo

I hesitated to take my only one level 16 secondary coach to take as junior coaches, but let him as secondary coach as the developers didn't change the system.

Doc has a level 16 coach in junior and he has some nice pulls maybe you can test it to see players evolution

Yes. I also only estimate whether a player has the potential by the end of his 20s, if he reaches the required level. Salih became even better, but Diagne-Faye did not become a 4x17 midfielder in the end. Similar was with Samba Ba and Sidibe. Ba reached it, but Sidibe not.

About of my def. mid I was lucky and my estimate was good.

Tackling skill started to slow easier like the speed, maybe these two slowest skill.

I used to train at the def. mids at my new generation to push their speed until the end of his 22 age level 15 + 3 training.

At Mandiouban, after then reached this I will rush a little more tacklnig training. but train other skills too. Technique rally depend on the playmaking and passing skills. My requirement to reach minimum the level 15 playmaking and passing skill when the player reach his training potential at the end of his 28 age or if wort to train 29.5 age.

Sarr the same now. I would give him passing skill, but I will mostly push the pace, after then I would like to push the tackling skill until level 13, after then I will give him a balance training from every skills.
someone said for me, he is an 5x16 potential. But it depends on his injury as he avoid these problems.

I bought Dabo from you. I knew his talent, but I didn't know he can be good for a def mid as I bought him at higher age and he had a disadvantages. But I trained him. He will pop up one level technique. I don't suppose o pop up one level tackling skill, but I feel the level 15 passing or playmaking won't be a problem. Now I train him only playmaking and passing skill in the future. He will like Sissoko and Khadam.

Here is Sidibe. He is a brutal talent. If I see the random trainings, when I didn't train him tackling skill directly is 14 weeks + he got 3 advanced training. What is equal with 5 advanced training is really good at this age.

Now +3speed and +1 advanced playmaking in him. Only 24 age.
