I need to set up a safe tactics for friendly to prevent injuries

I play a corner tactic from too many years, see my friendly games(easy tactic creation with copy and past in every zone). 3 defender on the pitch and one striker, the others in the corner. But at the season ends 11 important player play. And beside this I needed someone take the middle and Sissoko injured as you see. But generally this corner tactic works, because in the seasons only 6 young palyer play in the friendlies. Only the shit players injure who play on the middle.

Nice idea i will set up it because i need to prevent injuries for my NT players

Tomorrow we will play against Malta, the young Arona Dialiba will play.

My Khadam can debut at the end of the seasons on a friendly game as a defensive midfielder.

But need pop up 2-2-2 pace, passing and playmaking. Near to pop up pace.

We dominated,but needed to wait for the first goal. After then the others come and 4-1 against Malta.
When we play only 3 defenders we got a really good average ratings, but I know we can't play always with 3 defenders against stronger teams or when I feel it can be a surprise for the opponent.

Sidibe poped up pace to level 17 after 13 week pace training. I try push his technique because it is only level 15, after his passing skill, what is level 15 too. After then I will finish his training.
Samba Ba will be better, and will be really brutal.

Yep it is so hard to train a senior NT they take a lot of weeks for one pop even with a good talent
As i told you last season the team will be better and better as players will evolve and and every position we will be covered
