Gg Red

Big victory for the senior that was a gk masterclass from both teams

For U21 it was tough match the midfielders is way weaker compared to last qualifiers defense too
2024-03-30 16:43:17
Dougnalgo debut at the Seniors with a goal:) Well I didn't know the new NT Coach at Japan what kind of tactic to use at his first match. For 4 seasons ago Senegal was 86. at the ranking. We reached the 77-78. But after then the 75-76 teams ranking points was much higher then us. Needed to many time to reach them. Now we are on the 73.place, and tomorrow, I calculated we overtake Japan. The other teams really near it the list we could overtake now some teams.
Malaysia who is at the 64.place get into the 4th at at rolling. We are on the 5th hat now. I feel to reach the 66.place can be realistic this year.

61 Nicaragua 1326.29
62 Australia 1323.82
63 Honduras 1322.70
64 Malaysia 1276.67
------------------------------------
65 Guatemala 1185.09
66 Costa Rica 1086.71
67 U.A.E. 1079.93
68 Malta 1029.17
69 Andorra 1012.40
70 India 1001.03
71 Cymru 998.11
72 Nippon 977.85
73 Sénégal 958.91

About U21:

Well, the midfield much more weaker then last season. A'dara could be good, but need some playmaking skill for him as I saw. At defence maybe you need for Niasse as defender, or I don't know.
I train Sané, but he haven't so high skills like Salih or Faye at this time. Need to improve. Gawlo too young yet.
2024-03-30 20:01:04
Very nice ranking yeah we are climbing the ladder at the rythm we should hit 65 rank at least end of the season
For dougnaldo i will soon start pace training i wait for correa to pop in goalskill he is very close

For U21
Niasse is the only decent defensive midfielder with decent pass which is a big part in my tactic
Our biggest weakness is the CMs korr and dossou don’t have the best tech + pass at the moment like mangane and gomig last season but i will try my best to beat portugal in the away game
(edited)
2024-04-06 09:21:42
Tomorrow, we will play against the 55.ranking team Island. He have a little but well respected community with his few users. There were 3-4 more active managers when I worked here. I would like to try a risky defence system tactic.

2024-04-06 09:39:28
The interviews with African NT coaches shortly come about the African Cup. I will copy here them.
2024-04-06 14:55:50
Yeah good luck Red against Island
Today we won against south africa but i am not satisfied we missed a lot of shot
I think strikers still lack some goalskill most of them have (11) which is very limited to be efficient
2024-04-06 18:11:35
Well, I feel this is a really hard gruop this year. Or the team a little weaker, as I remember last or two generations ago the U21 could have brought over 50 ratings.
As you asked the one level technique and as poped up, Fall now get goalskill training. +1 goal training in him, so this will be the second. It would be nice if he pop up after the third training.

Senegal-Island 2-2

We got draw today. Our defence wasn't on the top. Thats true I wanted made a risky defence system some zones I pushed higher the boys, with an offside trap. Island scored from a penalty, and Keita made a big mistake started to bring the ball and lost, after lost it the Islandian midfielder could pass easily to the free striker. I tried analysed Alanoo at his club matches, but he didn't comed with his typical tactics, he changed so much.

I made the same mistake against portugal he changed a lot of thing i never though he could bring a 5 back with winger
Sometimes tho some random mistakes cost you game like keita did today hahaha but at least we didn’t loose the match it’s good for the AFCON prep

Interview with Kadirdey and plus some information about Algeria

Kadirou coming;), listen it, when you read the interview it's more effective:)

1. Tell something about the last AFCON. You reached into the final. How did you felt that tournament? Algeria was really confident until the final.

As you know, we failled at the final on 2 of the last 3 AFCON....Well, it was a good tournament, good teams were present as Egypt, Senegal, Kenya, South Africa... leaded by good managers.Ouzbekistan surprised every body with its final victory. How ? surely a good tactic, but that' s not all, I think that the "cup mode" should not be used for the semi and final matchs, it's too too too random...I've got an other explanation, but I keep it for me, we reached the third place in our world cup group, they kept the last in their one.... sorry, they were not the best team of this AFCON, but they won.

2. If I see the ages and the squad, Algeria squad is really correct and well prepared for the next 2-3 African Cup, but what about the younger generation. Which players can be reach world class level? You tell me some names and positions?

Ibrahim Boulmerka (striker), âge: 21,Zaïm Hadj Aïssa(mid), âge: 22,Féthi Rouiched (gk), âge: 22,Amor Chebal (def), âge: 21,Noureddine Soukhane,(def) âge: 22,Tayeb abou Sebdou,(def) âge: 22,Ahmed Saïfi (mid), âge: 21 and else....Hadj Aissa could reach a very high level inch' alLah !

3. What can be Algeria's weaknes and strong point? My opinion Algeria have the the strongest squad with a really good defence in this Cup.

I don't know if we have a strong point, I think that we have a balanced team, with a little predominance in the defense, however we finished the last tournament with the best scorer, remenber that our striker Chaouchi won the trophy. Our weakness?, as a lot of us, the lake of good substitutes, we have a good 11, who can beat every team of the continent but we don't have a good 22 unfortunately.

4. What is your plan in the African Cup?

My plan? do you think that i'm gonna give you my plan ?!? hihihi, I'm jocking... we are focuses on the semi final minima. Less than that would be a failure for us... but failure is part of the game, so... What is sure, I'm gonna play my game whatever my oponent will do.

5. Could you tell me something about your rival teams and managers, what do you expext from them?

What i'm expecting from them? they leave me win of course !!! it will be hard battles with Senegal, Egypt, South Africa, Kenya and Morroco too, this is what i'm expecting. I know that Senegal want to win the tournament and they prepared a team for that, Egypt is working hard with few managers and seems to ba able to reached the final, Kenya have a good team which gave us a lot of problems by the past , South Africa can create a surprise there were always actives managers and they played world cup 3 times by the past, Morroco with old experienced players can be dangerous.

6. Who can be your biggest opponent or the manager you fear?

No fears for me, I'm just full of respect of what is done for years in Egypt with Clauditza and now with you, Red pirate, in Senegal.

7. If you need to bet. What is your bet for the 1-3.places in the Cup?

Sokker will give us the right order, so for me, Senegal, Egypt (Misr), Algeria, i hope inch'alLah.

8. If you need to lead a country in the future which country would be attractive for you or "your heart always" stay here?

Currently my heart is here !!! It will depend of the algerian managers, i'm waiting now for years for a massive come of them, when it will happen, I'll give them all what I know about this game to form a new competent manager generation and so, maybe i would lead and help an other african or asian country. Why not new african countries like Ivory coast, Mali, Congo, Angola, Ethiopia, Tanzania ?

9. As I feel you see the African Cup this year in the real life. What is your opinion about this and about Algeria?

Yes of course, as algerian and african i follow it ! it's the great " rendez vous " the great " party " for all the continent. Well, african football is so particular, I'm following since 1984, you can't make comparison between european football and african football. It was a beautifull AFCON, well organized, with a lot of surprises... The big mistake done by the "big african nations" is to play, because they have players in the big 5 european championships, like european teams. In Africa, if you dominate your oponent you have to kill it or he will kill you with the only opportunity. Strenght, pace, engagement and cohesion this is what you need to win in Africa. About Algeria? the team was too old, unable to kill its opponents and always under the failure of the Qatar world Cup, the coach did not give the chance to the young players and he lose his team.

I wish you all, african managers and national coachs, a good seaosn and a good tournament !

THE ANALYSES:

al-Jazā’ir (Algeria)

If we see the African teams, Algeria brought the best result in his WCQ group as they reached the 3rd place in his group. If we see the group it wasn't easy with Switzerland, Moldova, Paraguay and Denmark. Thats true they didn't dominated against Switzerland, but stole one point at their first match, and get one point in a fifty-fifty match against Denmark, and dominated and beat Paraguay two times. Thats true at the second match Denmark beat them, but Algeria reached the 3rd place. Kadirou (now Kadirdey he is the same person) trust in his safety 5-3-2 formation tactic, what brought good results. Algeria is the favourite in the African Cup. Algeria have experienced team, the team age is optimal, but shortly need some younger faces in their squad.

Interview with PrezesWojciechowski the NT Coach of Kenya

1.Tell me semothing about yourself!
I have been in Soker since 2004, but they closed down the team. I'm 34 years old, I love management games. I coached the Nigerian national team twice, Portugal once and currently Kenya.
2. You qualify Portugalia into the WC, why you left them?
I left Portugal because users think I won by cheating with fake accounts, but that wasn't the case. I preferred to leave. I am glad that we managed to win the group and advance. It's a big success.
3. Why you choosed Kenya? It will be a long term work or a only a short term plan for you? How you feel Kenya chances in the African Cup?
I chose Kenya because he still has a good generation of players and we can get something out of the team.
4. In your opinion who will win the African Cup, who will be the second and third?
Of course Kenya will win, but seriously, it's going to be a good tournament. It will be an even fight.
5. Tell about something your opponents and managers, how you see them?
I won't reveal that.
6. What is Kenya strong point and weak point how you feel it?
Balanced squad and collective.
7. How you see Kenya future in this game? Are there any younger player, on the radar who can be a world class player from the younger generation? Tell me some name if you know!
There are few players in Kenya and it will be difficult to produce worthy representatives for the country. If new players come to the country, I don't see it well.
8. Can you speak something about your country, where you leave in Poland, what can a foreginer can't know something special, or somthing secret for you?
Poland is the creator of Sokker. The old soker theme is missing, there are a lot of changes. Sokker used to be better. The times of Poland's dominance were beautiful, but now they have to fight because there are several strong teams.
9. If you need to lead a new country in the future, which countries would be attractive for you?
Of course, the strongest teams such as Poland or Romania, but realistically I think it's not for today, maybe someday.

THE ANALYSES:

Kenya:

Kenya got 7 points in his WCQ group. They beat twice Hong kong and stole 1 point against Iraleand. Their second match against Portugalia were really correct, but they didn't stole point Portugalia got the scores. But mostly the other matches didn't know to do anything against the higher rated teams. RizzusPrime was their NT coach(who replaced Krycha), he tried everyting, tried more kind of tactics with 5 defender formations. Now Kenya changed NT coach again, PrezesWojciechowski can lead the National Team on the AFCON.

Nigeria had a nice tactic
Defense is still a little bit weak but it will come surely we feel confident for AFCON
2024-04-13 15:06:14
Qualifiers will be tough for U21 this season
Dara playmaking to low (7) so he miss every cross compared to Salih last seasons
Mids have very low passing and playmaking
Defenders also have like (11) tackling in average and low pace
Strikers lack goalskill
I will try to create a new tactic for this specific team
