I'm happy to see the process about the senior team. The qualification to the WC is a top archivement.

U21: another first place on the AFCON. The next season will be difficult.

Yeah at some point i was the only manager with ifra with a youthschool it was tough after Redak retired

But Doc coming back helped a lot in youthschools :D

On U21 i think currznt U18 is the next generation with we need to try WCQ

Oui Momo, du coup Max comme tu l'avais sûrement compris ma laissé son équipe. C'est un gros centre de formation avec un entraîneur extra terrestre.
avec ca ? ... ba rien d'autre, je vais descendre en seconde division volontairement la saison prochaine. Avec la nouvelle réforme qui comme à dater, on gagne rien en argent, la différence avec l'autre formule est géante. peut-être faudrait mettre un championnat à 18 équipes et abandonner une division, je sais pas.
aussi une idée pour les jeunes serait de voir leur caractéristique comme les séniors, afin de pouvoir voir leur potentiel, et de les entraîner au mieux dans tel domaine selon notre propre choix, selon leur compétences de base bien sur.
A voir les notes individuel d'équipes ( on remercie Red de nous communiquer tout ça ) on voit très bien le travail de l'entraîneur, qui nous a permis d'atteindre la deuxième place. ce qui en général a Sokker et impossible. Alors grand coup de chapeau pour le coaching.
Quand pouvons- nous voir la composition des groupes pour la coupe du monde ? . Serons nous dans le chapeau quatre ? . je l'imagine.
Et encore merci à tous, aux utilisateurs, aux formateurs ici comme a l'étrangé. c'est une grande victoire collective qui fait un grand plaisir.
Notre plus grand résultat était, Momo et ifra sans souvienne surment ( derriere leur cheveux blanc .:) ) était d'avoir obtenue le match nul lors de notre toute premiere campagne de qualification, ou j'étais entraineur, contre la Belgique.

Yes, Momo, as you probably understood, Max left my team. It's a big training center with an extraordinary coach.

With that? ... Well, nothing else, I'm going to voluntarily drop down to the second division next season. With the new reform, as it stands, we're not making any money, and the difference with the other formula is huge. Maybe we should have an 18-team league and drop a division, I don't know.

Another idea for the young players would be to look at their characteristics in the same way as the seniors, so we can see their potential and train them as best we can in a particular area of our choice, based on their basic skills of course.

Looking at the individual team scores (thanks to Red for sharing all this with us), we can clearly see the work of the coach, who enabled us to reach second place. This is something that is usually impossible in Sokker. So hats off to the coaching team.

When can we see the group composition for the World Cup? Will we be in pot four? I imagine so.

And thanks again to everyone, to the users and the coaches here and abroad. It's a great collective victory that gives us great pleasure.

Our greatest result was, Momo and Ifra will surely remember (behind their white hair :) ), getting a draw in our very first qualifying campaign, when I was coach, against Belgium.

Mes amis This World Cup is a special, so I would like to write about the squad who travel to the World Cup and something about the players future, we will go with a lot of defenders, but I will prefer the minimum level 9 secondary skills defenders in the tournament.

First of all Senegal is the first African team who qualify into the World Cup. This generation didn't reached the tip potential so we will be better. There will be 2 seasons we will have 3x17 strikers. Generally Dougnalgo really good, we need for him on every match he much more better then the others he can't be injure. He get our most goals in the squad.

If you see the federation forum, we have a so many promising defenders, and some of them need only 1 level pace or tackling pop up to play or need only 1-2 secondary skills to play. I take 2 groups defenders. 1 group, who can be in the first line and another group who can have chance to play but generally I calculate with them in the second line. Youssouf Sankaré didn't debut in the senior squad, his form don't want to come up, but he is a really promising defender with high technique and playmaking skill. Diakhaté really promising too and didn't played yet at seniors, his problem is the form too, but I would give him a chance. At the B group Mame Diba need a playmaking pop up and Basile Dabo need to playmaking pop up for playing more. If Gregoire Diop pop up a tackling skill, we can be a first team player and debut at seniors.

MIDFIELDERS

We will go only 2 wingers with Diagne-Faye and Salih. They are really good. If I see our wingers future only Mom's winger will be good, but he need a little time to grow up. At CM and DMC positions those palyers will go whose played in the qualify season, there won't be any surprise. Chérif Sy lose skills and reached the 34 age. If there would be a big form problem he can play, but in the future I won't calculate with him so much. he gave us so much. Ibou Samba Ba is the same. He didn't played in this year because of his form problems mainly. But in the last 3-4 weeks he lost some skills and now he isn't in the squad.

I am really wait for a technique and goal skill pop up from Mendy before the Wc, and a technique pop up from Fall. Fall would be our fastest striker, but he have a technical problem. He can be our first 3x17 striekr after 1.5 seasons. Kouoh now with similar skills like Tall. Nsangou good enough to play more matches, but he need a little more forms.
Pablo 3 strikers develop really nice behind these strikers. Their goal skill and pace level 17, but his techniques really low, and need wait for him a little now won't join for the World Cup yet.

We reached the 58.ranking place at the end of the season. If we get the points, we can step up more places. So many teams in a short distance. The plan would be to reach the 3rd hat, but in next year we haven't chance for this yet to reach the 47.place. The 5.2 is more realistic.

i am so happy seeing the senior winning with this golden generation. Indonesia wis a very strong team and we won :D

for junior the U19 U18 will be the next golden generation and i think we will be very strong with this generation for the WCQ :D

this season i will train A'dara into tackling so he could be a versatile midfielder

If you don't feel he can be enough good as winger just train him. Open the door for A'dara as a central midfielder:)
