Really interesting group. Sribja and Norge are the favourites. Nicaragua participated in the last World Cup. Israel and Tunis are here with us.
I am really surprised I felt we are in the 6th spot, but we was at the 5th spot. All of the team have better defenders then us. But I am optimistic. Not only this is the one thing what is important(our midfielders take of the preassure from the defenders in the AFCON Gueye and Chérif Sy played fantastic). Another way. I hope we can cause surprise.

Well, I would sometimes made a risk against better teams and sometimes try play safer. I have a good news Samba Ba poped up one level technique and pace,he need only some good form:)

Another way some of our defenders form started to drop down, but I hope it will be better. I organized a friendly game against India. That will be our final match in the season. India was 3rd in the last WCQ and one time cause a big surprise against Poland. It can be a good starting test. I know their squad and their manager Attila. I met with Attila some weeks ago in the real life, he showed his squad. Maybe Israel squad can be a little bit similar.

Collange the bigger pain. I feel we lost him.

Beforethe match I couldn't happy with the draw. But after 0-2, and as I saw the result at the 90.miutes, I shouted so big and said "yes-yes-yes" at 2-2. Well, we could have more goal options. Sidibe and Ba go on the sides so much, but their defenders canceled our options. Every time I learn, and I am learnt from this match.

Cheikh Collange didn't poped up skills in this year. This week he poped up one level pace, maybe this is random. If his owner train him pace he needed to pop up another 2 level pace for example. He didn't poped up tackling yet.

Gg Red the tactic change was key as we were a little bit blocked from the wings with his low and narrow block

I am confident in cheikh collange case it seems like his owner is grinding with a generation to go first division or champions cup so he will pop no worries

This week i played with the U20 to give minutes some of our talents
It was sad to concede own goal but felt like we could beat shaqeria

Always bad thing an own goal, when you can't do anything. The luck will be change. I hope the U21 African Cup will be organized. Very few teams voted yes to particiate yet.

I think this year no afcon as last edition only me voted yes

j'ai pensé, il faudrait peut être faire un topic pour expliquer comment entraîner le plus efficacement les joueurs. avec tel et tel entraîneur, comment les entraîner. ça pourra certainement aider pas mal d'utilisateurs. même moi et je sais que le talent du joueur rentre en compte, mais avec trois entraîneur assistant magic, et un entraîneur principal magic dans l'entraînement utilisé, j'ai parfois l'impression que je fais quelque chose de pas efficace.

Pour pouvoir denicher le talent il est important de connaitre le niveau du joueur lorsqu’il etait sorti de l ecole des cadets et la distribution de skills
Ca permet de voir ou calculer le talent
Par exemple un cadet formidable peut etre bon en defense mais dans les autres skills il va pop moins du fait de son talent minime par rapport a un cadet incroyable qui va avoir de bon stats en general et va mieux s entrainer dans tous les skills

Well, I know what you do you mean about the training. What Mouhamed said it is true, but I can know a good training plan what is works, but only at the midfielders, because you train 4-5 skills.
At the defenders you can train tackling the next two weeks after 2 week pace, after train 1-1 weeks maybe, after you can train 2 week pace You can you get a random pop up at tackling, but harder to get random pop ups if you train only 2 skills.

At the midfield I never train 3-4 pace or technique or passing. When player young easier get a random pop up.. For example train 1 passing, next week 1 playmaking, next week pace, or technique. Or If the pace is slower I train pace next to weeks, if a player talented and he have level 6-7-8-9 pace skills with two bonus training easier pop up, when you train the next 3-5 weeks other skills, and you saved 1 training week from poping up pace. For example my sidibe and Ba, when my players older I need find a fortune after how many training can pop up random(I have an excel file where I write the pop ups).
Now Ba and Sidibe need nowadays technique and mostly pace, i train these skills. I saw last pop ups. For example last I trained 4-4 pace and techique, after 1-1 level always and so forth... Suddenly I trianed pace, but the same week he poped up technique too. This was a little fortune, because the pace is a little lower then technique.

Now I promissed I will help to train pace the U21, Mouhamed said it would be usefull. so I will change a bit little next season, because I will train pace mostly, but after then I will do the same.

Are you interested in the file? I have one striker in the file because I train 9 midfielders and 1 striker. The one striker pop up musch slower. I bought him with higher goals skill. I never trained him striking only pace and technique.

Yeah now the pace training changed everything now more the player is older more pace will be difficult to train
Our U21 lacks really pacey players thats why i always play narrow (the most pacey player is 11 pace)
Average pace is (7) or (8)
I really hope this season i will pull some talented defenders for the 2x17 project
