Just wondering Whiting Start has contribute many players to NT. Now it has been banned. So can these NT players in his team be released?

Of course I was taliknig with administrators about it. They can't do anything. But the players wouldn't be deleted, beacuse his team play in first league. But it's big lose, because training of many players is stopped now...

duwei2008, congratulation for your plus. I saw that you are very active player, and I have proposal for you, do you want to became part of NT staff?

Yeah ... there are indeed many interesting features in Plus. :-) I will be honoured to become one of NT staff. Just let me know what I can do for NT.

Except some other activities, my online time should be about at the range of 13:00 - 17:00 (SK Time).

So, could you start to invite some players on this forum. I really want to make Chinesse forum active. If we will have more players there, we will have more capabilities with NT.

Not quite sure about how to use these money. I think there will be not too much pressure in Chinese div.2 and div.3 in this stage, so perhaps I don't need to make much investment on purchasing good players . Maybe I need to pay more attention to further training and YS development. What's your opinion on that ?

Do you remember my advice about "training plan"? You should try it, I can help you with transfers?

So you should buy players with skills:

Age: 17-20
Defend: Good-very good
Pace: average-solid
technique: at least weak
passing and playmaker: at least unsatisfactory

Defend or Pace.

Which do you think it's better to train in the next step? ;-)

I think pace, because you pace training is good for very player in your team. But remember to have good training, players should play full 90minutes in match. So if you will start to train young boys, put some in league matches, and dome in friendlies/cup.
