U21 coach now seems likely chen election.

Now support domestic chen people than we support more people of foreign coaches.

Seriously? But Chen hasn't got much experience, Geel-Meerhout is more experienced.
And I bet he knows more about this national team too..

And I respect that bibi. I understand the fact you want to keep your hands on your own national team. U21 is a good training indeed, but to start, you have to be a bit experienced. xyleixin, bibi, endpoint, ... those manager do know something about China national team, they can become coach. They are active on the forum and stuff, I love managers like this. But Chen.. never saw him, he needs to come on the forum as U21 coach, do you understand? He has to check it out one season, gain some experience and then he might become the coach of the U21..

Unfortunately, most people still hope chen to coaching in the majority.

In fact, we the best way is that you continue to teach NT.

I can't return right now.. I've promised to BeGe he could lead the A team after his hard work for me the past 2 seasons. Like I said before, these new challenges will give me more experience, I will use this experience when I come back here.. and if you guys really want me as your NT coach, I'll try to come back next season, I can give you my promise if it works out like I want to. Geel-Meerhout really wanted this, and it wouldn't be nice to throw him out of these elections. I'm a man of my word you know, I don't break promises..

So, let's just await the elections, if Chen becomes U21 coach, he gets his chance. And I will come back here next season.
