So short lesson of history of China in sokker, long, long time ago, when China appear in sokker, Jiler (me) came here and start work as a National Team coach. In first season of my work here we lost almost all matches, because we were really poor, but we got sensational point with Ukraina in qualification and won two friendlies. I was working here for another two seasons and these were much better we won some matches and in qualifications we got 5th place before Jamaica. Then I finished my work here, and Carnavalist started his job. He will write about his career here. :-)

Haha, nice survey of your carreer. ;)

4 seasons ago I became very interested in helping this country out. I observed the skills of Jiler during 1 season and afterwords I took my shot when Jiler had some other challenges. In the end I did won those elections and that was the real kick off of my carreer here. There was a nice, organised base from Jiler on which I could build further. I learned and showed my tactical skills by achieving the 4th place in the WCQ group. That season the U21 was founded aswell, so my crew and me scouted and updated lots of young, potential players. Still doing this now, you can't get some progress if there isn't a young group of players comin' up. At the moment we have got a quite strong A team, from rating under 40 till the current rating of 57. And an overall age of 22 - 23! The U21 is doing great aswell, so I do predict a nice, succesfull future for this country. ;)

So, we already know a past, maybe let's talk about future? :-D

First of all, we (supporters of China in sokker) need some work from users from here. They have to open youth schools, and you Carnava, have to take care about this. If they will put some money on youth coach, young players here will become as good as juniors in another country, and China break 60 mark's level and maybe some day we will promote to WC!?
2009-12-09 17:40:00
Good point! Like I said, you need to keep up the incoming youthplayers, otherwise you can't make some progress. So youthschool are crucial.

That will be one of my tasks by the way the upcoming weeks, doing some research about youthschool and if I have to, make some promotion aswell.
2009-12-09 17:42:32
You need translator (someone from here) and try to tell people that youth schools bring them profits in future.
2009-12-09 17:44:09
Indeed.. I'm having serious contacts with nistlrooy these last days, I can tell you, he's well motivated so I guess he will be willing to help me out with this. Could come in handy.
2009-12-09 17:45:17
I'm waiting for informations about this in next days.
2009-12-09 17:49:16
I said 'next weeks'. ;)

I'm still having examinations for one week, so be patient.
