Yeah, I know Dong, he played some time at the 'Great Old' (Antwerp). ;) Great player.

About your youtschool, totally agree with the fact you need to be financial capable to start it up and to maintain it. First, you need to have a good base, some nice trainees, a well funding stadium and sponsors. If you're making some profit, you could begin with that youthschool. It would be a shame if you don't use those profits well. In order to make progress yourself and for the national team of course.

Well, in Sokker Italia we have a tutor section for the newbie, and i've done some times... Sokker's China is still a young country, so i think my help would be appreciated, and more needed than in my country, where there's a lot of expert managers. But i can understand chinese just little, so boys better write me in english...
