That's why I would prefer Sigur as U21 coach this season. If it comes to tactical knowledge and experience he gets the edge over nistlrooy. That's also why I would prefer nistlrooy as U21 coach next season, to gain some experience in friendlies. This season is quite important with those qualifiers, we will need the knowledge and experience.

But if Sigur resign after this season? :-D

But it's only to help this country of course. Sigur proposed to me to participate these elections and I couldn't refuse of course with his tactical knowledge and experience. He could be the man to help this national U21 team getting a fairly good base. Next season he could resign in order to give the opportunity to a Chinese member to show what he's worth.. Or maybe you, if you come back, always welcome. :p

But this season could be quite important, still lots of things to do, and that would be more handy if there is a Belgian U21 coach.

I think that I won't niggle Chinese users more :-P

But I wonder, if we can work somewhere together in future? For example in Belgium when you win there, or in Poland after my won :-P

We need the match experiences with the overseas teams playing.so this season i run the U21 coach.
i know that has many matters to do, but I have enough confidence to complete the work under yours helps.

This season will be very important with the World Cup Qualifiers and lots of updates still have to be done. There won't be much space for helping you this season.. That's why I would prefer someone who doesn't need any help, on the contrary, he offers me help..

Next season I can help you as much as I can if everything gets all right this season.
You do have the capabilities leading a U21 NT, but you'll need to work on it and give it a chance next season. Got the whole point?

Aight, this evening nistlrooy is playing his first game. I wish him all the luck and support he needs, I know he can make this happen. ;)

Together with nistlrooy I recently updated the database, he did great and most of the players are up to date now. I'm talking about approx 100 players who got potential to play or are already playing for their country.
