Ok :)

I try every season, but they keep voting on chinese managers

Sinds I'm following U21 China I'm also interested actually, but i'm not really sure it will be this season or next one

In fact, NT is the coach we want to continue from other countries to continue to coach the manager.

U21 I just put the trainee. However, our greatest hope is that we are after (estimated to the development of other Chinese players to be considered grown) from the manager to coach the Chinese NT and U21.

We now know that things may not have experience in foreign manager then. However, we do not want to be looked down on. Europe and the United States in particular.

We may not know your Chinese. Especially in Europe and the United States now we have a lot of prejudice.

Forget that the above is not for everyone said.

I hope you understand.

It's really hard for us to decipher your English. But with all the respect of course, you do try and that's great! If I understand you well you'll continue one more season? So you'll participate the next elections?

About me :

I'm about to end 2 great seasons in China, I learned a lot, experienced some new things, I helped to continue the good work of Jiler and see now.. what a great country China is, and we're still growing very fast! 2 years on top level is a lot for a newbie like me, but I hope I did well.. There is a chance I won't participate the next elections if there is a good replacer of course. BeGe has contacted me already. I do want to come back after some seasons, but it's time to discover China from another angle, as an assistant of the coach. Of course I'll keep supporting China, but nothing is sure yet, we'll see. ;)

You did a great job for China.

Hopefully I will get a chance to improve China...
2009-07-28 21:16:32
I told to myself, that I won't participate, but you are talking aout beig assistant, I always dreamt to have such a good assistant :-D
2009-07-28 22:23:08
What an honour. ;)

But seriously, BeGe was my assistant for 2 seasons now, and he did great.. I think he should get his chance now although his team isn't that good yet, he's experienced enough.

Maybe he'll go for U21, don't know.. it depends whether the Chinese people will elect a Chinese manager again. But they have to trust a foreign one.

We are not very good English, you may be more difficult to understand what I said. Together with our different cultures, which is why we do not like the reasons to this forum.

BeGe if the U21 would like to participate in the next election I can ask the views of other Chinese players. I would not necessarily participate in the next election of the U21.

Jiler want to come back, then we welcome it.
2009-07-29 15:01:30
I follow already 3 years China, so it will be very kind, if you will ask the opinion of the other Chinese players and give me a chance.

It's also possible that I will participate the elections of the A team of China, but that depends of the Chinese guys.
2009-07-29 15:09:01
I would also like to help out China U21 or NT in some way, not neccesarily as the headcoach of one of those teams cause that could be difficult only being in 3th class next season.
2009-07-29 15:47:49
only being in 3th class next season.

That's bullshit.. where do I play? Right.. 4th class.
It isn't about being in first or second class.. It's all about the motivation, experience and the fact that you do want to learn something and take that with you in your season(s) as bondscoach.
Having enough time left to work with this national team is important too.

BeGe en Jiler are 2 great candidates for national team and U21, for sure.
You maybe too, but I think you should help us out here one more season as assistant or scout and when you're experienced enough with this national team, you could get your chance.
2009-07-29 16:07:23
So you still remember me? :-D

@Belgians: Stop arguing... I understand how much you want to lead NT, but it's not only thing to lead NT, you have to put some hours weekly here and work as good as you can.
2009-07-29 16:09:18
That's what I was trying to say.
2009-07-29 16:12:59
And sorry, but I don't think that comparing me and BeGe is good... I have 5 seasons experience in China and Slovenija U21, he want to be NT coach for some seasons and he want it so much, but for now he isn't experienced as I am. For now I just wondering if I should back, it's not my decision for now.
2009-07-29 16:31:43
I wasn't comparing you folks, if xyleixin retires from his job as U21, there are two spots open. You are my number one, without any doubt. Like you say, you're even more experienced here than me. You started the progression of this country.
