I wasn't comparing you folks, if xyleixin retires from his job as U21, there are two spots open. You are my number one, without any doubt. Like you say, you're even more experienced here than me. You started the progression of this country.

So you are going to finished your work with seniors? I thought that you are going to be here in next season.

I've discussed everything about this in my last posts I guess.

I'll only participate next season if there are no other good candidates, but you're talking about coming back. If you're interested in the A team, it would be an honour for me to be your assistant.

But as I said, I'm not really sure. Now I can't thing about it, because I have to done my job. I promissed 3rd place in Slovenija and after bad start I found a good way and now we are back in battle. Then I decided. For sure I finished my adventure in Slovenija. After work in China I had one season rest to get new power, I think that it's a good option. About new work with NT, I was thinking about work in english language country. I always dreamt to have crowded forum, I don't really think that this is possible in China. I have hard thinking now.

I'd like that last thing too, it isn't possible here although this is a country with 150+ managers. Communication is another issue, it's difficult. But the ones who try, they deserve my respect of course, but there aren't enough of them.

Maybe I'll go on one more season and retire then, it's a lovely country with great potential though, but I need a new challenge. :)

We will se after matche with Guatemala 3rd place even hard battle will be succes, 4th will mean that I won't make my promisses = bad work.

I can say is responsible, as a result of the relationship between the accident if not I will not participate in the election of U21. If anyone posts on the U21 team is interested, I would recommend to other managers in China.

BeGe en Jiler are 2 great candidates for national team and U21, for sure.
You maybe too, but I think you should help us out here one more season as assistant or scout and when you're experienced enough with this national team, you could get your chance.

That's what I was saying, I'm very interested in doing something for China NT and I also think BeGe deserves the chance to lead one of those teams for the work he allready did for China. I do have some U21 scout experience, but China seems to be a step forward in doing something for NT's.

So if you'd like an assistant Jiler, Carnavalist or BeGe please consider me ;)

Carnavalist do very well. We also support him.

When the coach resigned Carnavalist words. (He no longer wanted to continue when the post) I think we have a lot of people welcome you back.

But we have a language barrier between you.

NT coach it is very difficult to communicate with us. This is a big problem.

We are not primarily English. Your country is English-speaking.

I would like to ask them to come here to discuss is a very difficult thing.

Our country is not English-speaking, we learn it at school.

But we understand you, so it's possible.
