我们非常理解玩家的心情。然而跟据游戏规则，所有对于管理员处理决议的质疑和意见都应通过admins@sokker.org进行提交，然后耐心地等待管理员的最终判决。希望每位玩家都能够理解和遵守游戏规则。多谢大家的合作。

We understand the reaction of the users. However according to the Rule of the Game, all doubts and comments have to be issued to the admins via admins@sokker.org as you guys might have known, and then patiently wait for the final decision from the admins. Hopefully everyone understands and observes the rules. Cheers for your kindly cooperation. :-)
