I have tried to do this, but the Chinese texts displayed in Sokker Organizer are all mis-codes.

Does anyone know this reason?

Because Java can only read ASCII. In order to use special characters, they must be entered as Unicode escape sequences, like \uxxxx where xxxx is a 4 digit hexadecimal code.
Check the greek file (ellenika.txt) to see what I'm talking about.

For instance, 简体中文 is \u7b80\u4f53\u4e2d\u6587
try copying the default file to a Chinese.txt and putting that sequence into a field (like data=\u7b80\u4f53\u4e2d\u6587), then open SO and choose Chinese.

If you can make the translation normally into a unicode text file (with notepad, or word, or any text editor) I can convert it to an ASCII file readable by java.
