Only what was sad for me, is fact that only few people were interested in NT.

I'm really happy that you know how to appreciate my work here. Now I'm finishing my work here. It's not easy, but I know that it will be good for China. Hope you will choose good successor, who will give you more occasion to be happy. Hope he will have enough enthusiasm to lead this team to golden ages. I hope that you will be remember me. Thank you, for 3 great cadentions. I'm not happy with our last matches, but now new NT's coach will try to improve your level.

I'm sorry for some matches, when we lose 0-7, 0-8. We should lose it lower,. but in the last part of my work here, mantches when we don;t have any chances I just give up. From this I know, that my work here should end.

Congratulations to hap, who was elected as the new China NT Coach. Now I translate your question here:

- How to arrange a friendly match?
- What's Association ?
- How to choose a assistant coach?

For the first question, I'm not too sure about the feature in the NT coach page. So Jiler might be the best person to ask.
For the 2nd one, in my opinion you don't need to worry about that, which is a new feature in SK. It should be nothing to do with the NT matches and management.
For the 3rd one, I think in SK there is no such a feature to allow you to choose your assistant team officially. But you can assign people who you think qualified to take on the roles. [aja]

As the most experienced coach who knows this current China NT very well, Jiler would be welcomed to play a role as a senior advisor ... [he]

So, you must talk with another coaches (of another NT), and booked the terms right now. When sunday become, you have to sent invitation to country, which you want to play.

For assistant you should talk with someone who you know, and who will help you, if you need it. I think person, who finished on second place in elections will be good assistant?

But don't talk about tactic before the match, opponent can change their tactic, and they will crush us. In future remember about it.

I thought about that, but.. don't you guys have your own NT forum? That would be usefull. Or you can start an NT association where only crewmembers are allowed.

I think it's only a friendly match so less important ... Before a world cup match, the tactic should not be discusses openly ... But anyway we can also learn from the tactic lecture. [aja]

In my opinion there no time to lose it, we (hmm you) must looking for better tactic, and better players. And in my opinion hap should use young players, and kick out olders. There are one season of friendly matches, so results aren't so important.

Correct, this should be a season to try new things out.. new tactics, give youngsters a chance in the A team, etc etc

Yeah, that's correct. But losing a friendly match wil decrease our ranking points less than losing an official match.. But of course you still lose points. And a loss against a strong opponent isn't that hard and our ranking won't decrease much. If you lose against one of our enemies in the lower rankings on the other hand, the loss wil be bigger. So we still have to pay attention to every game ;)
