Your tactic is quite good, but you need to play a bit more offensive. Your defenders are too low, so it's easier for the opponent to shoot from distance. The same with your strikers, it will be hard for them to create a decent opportunity. Every time they get the ball, they have to run a lot before they reach the goal. Time enough for the opponent's defenders to steal the ball. :)
