I had an exchange project and I stayed in Italy for one week. Therefore I didn't have the possibility to come on line and accept the friendly offer with Cuba. I feel very sorry at the moment, but there was nothing I could do about it.

This week I became the new moderator for Belgium. I will moderate Belgium mostly, but I can help duwei here aswell if I have to. Just ask, I will try to keep an eye on this forum.

I'm participating the elections once more. Hope I got your support again, I want to finish the hard work we have already done the past seasons. ;)
Btw, what are you going to do with the U21 next season? nistlrooy is participating again I see, but in my opinion he isn't the most capable manager for that job.. The past season he did some positive, constructive things with the U21, he looked well motivated, but he did some negative things aswell. Things such as 'abusing the power he had', by selecting some players of his own team, letting them play and selling the afterwords for a nice price. Imo inacceptable, a coach has to seperate NT and his own team. I want a manager who can build on the future of those young players, who can prepare them for the A team and who can achieve some nice things with the U21. Communication is very necessary aswell, I need to talk with the U21 coach about lots of stuff like selections, tactics, future plans, advices, ... It would be nice to have a Belgian, or other foreign manager by my side who can make this happen, but if you guys want to elect a Chinese users once again (which is most of the time hard for me to understand), then I have to accept it. Anyway, I hope you guys vote with responsability and knowledge, just vote for the right one and imho nistlrooy isn't the right one at this moment. We need some experience and faithful managers.

NT I still support you. But the U21 can only look to other Chinese managers have a choice.

If Chen really wants the A team, I can resign and participate the U21 elections. He could have asked me, but he didn't. I really hope I got your backs again, I worked hard for this, it would be a shame if I could not continue my work. I'd be very disappointed.
