Marrying a Foreinguer

What if two people who want to spend the rest of their life together represent different religious, porticularly if they are not allowed to marry outside their faith? Imagine two people in London. She is orthodox Jewish, he-nothing in particular. To be accepted by her parents he has converted to Judaism received the full religious education and has become a believer. But how with the Paris of Musilm and Christian? And what about when race issne come into it? What happens when two people from warring countries fall in love? Romeo and Juliet on a grand scale? And you think you've got problems!

IFSW also provided copies of the IFSW training manual giving guidance on social work practice and implementation of the Convention, which has been available from the IFSW office in Bern, Switzerland for several years. The manual was welcomed by Committee members.
