Can you actually determine the talent thru its training pops?

yes, I think so.

It is possible. But lower skills pop faster than higher leveled skills.

so my 2nd, or maybe first, best defender has solid defender and adequate sriker.

If he pops in striker again, he will be a great sriker, right?

in other word he pop up in 4 trainings...right?

if your head coach is unearthy in technique and this player pop up only after 4 trainings, then he is a low talent player :((
