ur players r very stamina sensitive or ur coach's stamina skill is out of this world??!!

Nope. Stamina, Pace, Technique and (believe or not) Defending are all trained equally as fast for any position.
For stamina and pace the "training match order" is not important....
Stamina= train equally all players that you have in your team (also if they don't play);
Pace= train equally all players that play minimun one match
