What is the initial level of player I should keep?

I read in the newbie guide to fire weak and below?

Im interested to know as well. Currently i have 3 average and 2 adequte youths.

I use Sokkerviewer to determine who I should keep and who I should fire. Normally i fire those that will not reach excellent and above when they come out of youth school.

How?

for now bring all junior that have more than 25 week or more than 15 week and intial lever 5 o 6

Okay...

it's difficul to choice if you don't know the talent (also a weak junior can be a good player)...there is a basic rule: You have a good junior when he come out (don't arrive) with minimun solid/very good as general value!!

When arrive a new young you must think what will be the "out level" of this player and the age of this player (a junior arrive in young school with 16y to max 18 years)....
You must divide a number of weeks in school for the probable talent (with your junior coach at max you can have a junior with talent 4/5) and look how many skill up the player can do

For example:

weak 24 weeks is a good player because if the player have a talent 4 go out weak + 24/talent 4 = excellent;

adeguate 5 weeks can be a good player because he can go out with only 16 years and good level

maybe i wait until this thurday (it's free) and if skill up, then i try to look his talent...however i delete he

Leo (even with a talent 3, the most he would be is good.)
B.E. (even worse! the most he would be is average!)
K.R. (the worst! the most he would be is poor!!!!)
TH (not bad, but the most he would be is solid if he has talent 3)

All those above is based on them having a talent of 3, which is almost difficult due to our youth coach's low general appraisal! So if it's me, i'd sack them all bcos i only take excellent and above!

PS. correct me if i'm wrong with my calculations. i want to see whether i'm right or not.

Paddy Selvam average 5 Reject
M.S. Siah adequate 11 Reject
E.N. Goh adequate 20 Reject
Jason Vijaya adequate 29 Reject
L.D. Teng average 34 Reject

Here are mine...I have an adequte in general appraisal coach

Paddy (max adequate) sack!
M.S. (max very good) can consider keeping but by 4 weeks still dun lvl up, sack!
E.N. (min very good if talent 6 - max outstanding if talent 3) keep! keep! keep!
Jason (min excellent if talent 6 - max magical if talent 3) hang on to him! dun delete by mistake! LOL!
L.D. (min excellent if talent 6 - max unearthly if talent 3) well, you can give him to me if u like! :))

So there you go! Hope i'm right! Ask Oni or Revan to pls check to see if i'm right.

PS. And SACK the coach!! My grandpa can do better!

An unearthy youth? But i will have to wait till like another 8 months before i can get him so i will just have to wait...

Nah... Unearthly youth is best case scenario. (that means he pops every 3 weeks, which is very unlikely in this case bcos of your coach.) The most likely scenario is somewhere closer to excellent. (he pops every 5-6 weeks or so). But keep ur fingers crossed he doesn't take more than 6 weeks to pop! I once had an 8 weeks popper! And i had a similar coach like urs!

I need to wait, my economy is still in negative even with home match, hopefully with me promoting, my economy will inprove.
