How do you know his talent when there's no pop?

impossible...only after the second pop up, you can make an idea about the talent
2008-03-16 10:49:54
i hv a 7 weeker who'll come out as a very good! :p
2008-03-17 04:56:05
Not after 1st pop? So all the sokker programs are not really accurate?
2008-03-17 09:21:19
no, because when the junior arrive in your school, he can have "extra-trainings"....so after the 1st pop, you are sure that the player start from "zero" and you see the real talent...

The sokker programs "know" this situation...so they are accurate :)
2008-03-18 07:05:09
oh. So the pop will be constant? Eg. 5 weeks one pop for one player?
2008-03-18 09:29:28
yes, the pop is costant (because the talent is costant in each player)....but the talent can be also 4,5 weeks (not only a whole number), so you see the 1st skill up in 4 weeks while the 2nd in 5 weeks, after the 3rd in 4 weeks, ecc...
2008-03-18 14:40:31
oh ok. Thanks.

Just pulled another junior on Good level

Hardy Perisamy, age: 17
value: 61 000 S$, wage: 1 250 S$
club: VIC UTD FC, country: Singapore
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

hopeless stamina, tragic keeper
poor pace, average defender
average technique, poor playmaker
average passing, poor striker

I will train up some pace then sell him :D
