I think the player's level is around incre/brilliant..
He is only outstanding. and my coach is only excellent. Will training pace fetch more $$ after this season? Any good suggestion if I should sell him now or later since i have slots for training. I thnk his talent is abt 3.5.
in my opinion start to train him in pace and put him on Transfert annuncement (not transfert list)
If you receive a very good offert then sell him, otherwise keep and continue to train in pace until the end of season....
p.s. in transfert announcement write also the talent, the level that the player go out and the value of your junior coach...

Wow.. Outstanding with 3.5 talent!! I think he is the hottest prospect around here now.
He's micah richards of s'pore. Ithink you should train his playmaking and you can use him. Imagine when you tackle the player and make a counterattack forward. it's good. Then again if you wanna sell, train his tech is good.

Would you sell him if you were me? i need inputs before deciding, I got slots for training pace and could get him a few pops first. And if I were to sell, how could I get the best offer?

honestly if you sell him without playing him you will get more.
I think selling him now should be a more viable option. If you dont sell now, ppl might pay less in the future for him since the buyer cant control much of the youth's trg so i think he should fetch a higher price now but the decision is up to you.
