Subject: Juniors
I need to edit my statement a bit, i fired anyone less than average too=)
Weak or poor juniors with alot of weeks left can be really good players though if they're talented.
12 slots for me.. but only 7 filled. I kick those below weak. But if it is 30+ weeks weak, I'll keep to see their talent
i keep all junior that go out minimun solid....but usually if a player don't pop up before 7 weeks then i sack him..

This is so to produce solid and above youths with at least 6 wks talents. Strict academy. Lol.
ooohh....keep also weak and average juniors with more than 15 weeks :)
