Kim: sum of skills = 87/8 = 10.875
...so more or less the minimun wage for this kind of coach is 9-10.000 eur (18-20.000 S$)

You spend so much for this coach....i don't like he...sack him!!!

How find a desiderable coach from "Coach recruitment - Skills select"?
(it's useful only for find junior coach or assistent...not for head coach)

For example if you want a outstanding coach: you must fill in the value "formidable/outstanding" alternative in all skills, except for keeping that you put solid/very good...it's important that the average of all skills is near to 11,5.

(In the example)
Required training skills:

formidable of stamina very good of keeper
outstanding of pace outstanding of defender
formidable of technique formidable of playmaker
outstanding of passing outstanding of striker


This isn't a scientific method, but this is the right method for search....you must be lucky!!! :D

N.b. when you start with the "coach recruitment" decide before "how many time you want to try?", usually 5-6 time: the coachs that go out, don't sack or confirm immediately but leave there and go to "fish" another coach....after 5-6 attempts look all coachs that you find and use the calculator....sum all skills and find the average value....compare this average value and the wage of coach, and look this table:

average value = 8 (so coach solid)
the lowest wage is between 2.500 - 3425....and precisely 2.962,50 €

2° Example:
average value = 8,25 (so coach also solid)
the lowest wage is near 3.425...about 3.300


The choice is yours: TL or Search?!? ;))

p.s. I like the risk, so I always search my assistent and Junior coach (only the head coach must be buy on TL...)

I think they will be much cheaper on the market cuz no one will buy a coach with no special skills.=)

Average out the skills! for a cheaper coach. Im afraid you wasted money. On no good reason. Everything formidable. Keeping lousy.
