I booked 6 slots but keep getting lousy boys every week.

Here is my list of my juniors.
N.D. Baskaran adequate 5 Reject
Darren Soh average 9 Reject
T.H. Yeo hopeless 21 Reject

All those above is based on them having a talent of 3, which is almost difficult due to our youth coach's low general appraisal!

only with incredible or more coach, you can see a player with talent 3....in this moment you are very lucky if you have a joung with talent 4!!!


So if it's me, i'd sack them all bcos i only take excellent and above!

you must consider also the age...also a solid junior if go out with 16-17 years..he is great!!!

I leave at least 6 every week for new recruits.

Paddy Selvam average 5 Reject
M.S. Siah adequate 11 Reject
E.N. Goh adequate 20 Reject
Jason Vijaya adequate 29 Reject

And Klvn01 have reason....you have a worst coach :( ....at the starting you can buy also a very good coach in your junior school (with wage between 7.000 -10.000 S$)....if you want to mantein your economy balance..then sack an assistent (but change as soon as possible your actual coach)!!!!!!

I have already changed my youth coach to a solid(General appraisal) coach under the advise of you guys and i have no more asisstant so =)

if don't skill up until 2-3 weeks, then you must sack he....

i dun mean your juniors. I meant get cheap young players on TL, train them and then sell them for a few hundred thousand dollars profit each after 2-3 seasons.. you can keep some for ur 1st team also if you want.

you can train 10 players per position (def or mid) at any one time. 5 1st team and 5 2nd team. After 1st season, keep 3-4, sell the rest. It will bring you some tidy profits. Then do it again in ur 2nd season...

I haven't really know what I want to train. If I want to train mid, what is the quality of trainee to buy?

Well it depends on wat u want to train.. playmaking for mid would be a good start.

I train playmaker :) and all MID need 1° passing 2° playmaking 3° tecnique and pace and defence :)
So i buy joung with a minumun of defence and trai 1 season on pace / tecnique and 1 season on passing / playmaking.

ohhhh...

I have bought all the trainees 17-19 yo. Will switch to training pace starting of next season.
