for sack 1 player wait 5 week if he don't pop on 5 so sack

i have a problem with no player poping at 3 weeks, i've heard 3 weeks poping is the best? only with unearthly junior coach will get 3 weeks poping??

Yes 3 weeks poping (in the young school) is the best!!!
(p.s. in the normal training can happend that this talent player (3-3.5 weeks in junior school) can pop up in only 2 weeks in the skills with low value).

Not only...also with brillant (probable) or incredible (difficult) coach will get 3 weeks poping

I want say one thing
all singapore people tell about 3 week poping ... but an player that pop up on 3 week are an REALLY REALLY GOOD for now you must train people that pop up on 4-5-6 week becouse you have not a good staff for pop on 3 week your players.
So don't sack players that popup on 4-5-6 week ... becouse they are good players.

Thanks. Will definitely consider that. My current youth coach is solid. Should I change? But I don't have money :(
